KOKO HOTEL Hakata Station

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was very convenient, both for getting to the places we wanted to visit and simply for finding restaurants or going shopping. Above all, we were impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who gave us a warm welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the way they took care of me and accommodated my requests regarding a medical case that I unfortunately always need to carry with me and that requires my medication to be kept cool at all times. I really appreciated their attention and willingness to help. In addition, the reception area offers slippers, bath salts, and all kinds of useful amenities that make a hotel stay even more comfortable. The only small downside was that communication in English was sometimes a little difficult. The rooms were good—somewhat small, but the bathtub was definitely the highlight. I would have preferred to stay on the “Hakata” floor to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the city, but we were assigned to a different floor. Nevertheless, the room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and one of the things that we foreigners—especially Italians—absolutely love is the bidet function integrated into the toilet. Amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and we will certainly consider staying here again if we ever return to Fukuoka.

They don’t regulate the air condition like other hotels. All the staff was super friendly!
