Wake up in your king bed with its own ensuite (it’s only fair that you get the master bedroom, right? ) to the sounds of the ocean and make yourself a fresh coffee before starting your day in paradise. For days spent indoors, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained and comfortable without driving each other crazy. Adults and children can divide across two living areas, each with TVs and multiple streaming services, 3D, DVD, and board games. When quiet time is needed, grab a book off the shelf or take the portable Bluetooth speaker outside to relax on the patio lounge chairs with a glass of wine. Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights. Wollumboola Lake is right outside your door through the beautiful bushland reserve, and the shining sands and sparkling waves of Warrain Beach and Culburra Beach will always be close by. The owners recommend checking out Little Snapper Restaurant for a delicious meal or taking your four-legged friends to Culburra’s dog-friendly beach for a play in the sunshine. Whoever you bring and however long your stay, you’ll have an unforgettable time relaxing in the sun and forgetting your worries at Mirigaan. Important Information: - A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities. - A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation. - Due to strata regulations no more than 2 small dogs are permitted & maximum 15kg - Please park only in the property's designated parking spaces - We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you. - Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. Miri gab is a beautiful property. In a fabulous location close to the beach, it exudes serenity. The property is spacious, has all that you need, is modern and clean. We really loved our stay. It was a great bonus that it’s dog friendly. I dog also gave it five stars…or five barks. We’ll be back!

Some cleaning issues- fridge could do with a clean. So too the fan/light in the main bathroom. Advertised a bath but none. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and two dirty towels left behind-maybe by cleaner. Fob missing for the garage door and some consumables that were quoted as being provided were not. Not as big as I thought but was comfortable enough for the few days we stayed.

We had the best restful time at your property. Thank you! The property is super clean, two living rooms with streaming channels, office room, fully equipt kitchen, bose portable sound booth, BBQ, fully fenced for our pets, aircon and flyscreen throughout, two beaches and a lake short walking distance. We love to come back someday in winter.

This place was clean, kitchen had everything, the living spaces amazing, check in was easy, plenty of blankets for those chilly nights, heating good. There are however not 3 full bathrooms as stated in the listing, it is 2 full baths plus a toilet in the laundry. Would recommend if wanting big clean indoor spaces to chill and relax.

We stayed here in January 2021 and loved staying in a brand new designer styled holiday house. The kitchen is huge and well equiped - my 13 year old was happy to find a waffle maker for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again even though it’s not right on the beach. Colburra itself was a surprise with limited eating out options - definitely a very quiet beachside town.

Lovely clean, modern, well appointed house with everything you could want! Perfect peaceful location just a short walk to the shop, beach and reserve. Peaceful life to sit and listen to the birds with a cup of tea or G&T depending on the time of day.

The house was nice and new, with good furnishings. However, it is dog friendly and as a result there was lots of dog hair on the couches and on the carpet areas. Overall was a nice house and would stay again.
