The staff were incredible. The night staff made sure that he was right at the door of the hotel when I arrived at 1am, so I wouldn’t be alone and confused on arrival (the reception is in a building a few doors up). He carried my luggage up the stairs for me and when Furkan arrived in the morning he made sure to be there when I was leaving the room so I wouldn’t have to carry it myself - so attentive! They kept my luggage safe after check out so I could spend the day exploring without worrying about it. Very quiet, no road noise audible from my room at all. Great shower. Fridge was a really nice touch, not common in a lot of hotels here. The area is well connected by public transport to everywhere in Istanbul and the staff will answer any questions you have to make sure that your stay is as great as possible. Great value for money.
I loved everything :) I guess the rooms are a little small but if you’re staying for a few nights it’s perfect for what you need.
