This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again, I had a very pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. The suite was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with kitchen facilities available for anyone who would like to prepare their own meals.
The location is excellent, very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. I stayed with my parents, who are both over 65. The hotel is located at the bottom of a hill, so walking uphill from the hotel may be difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. However, we used Uber during our stay and had no problems at all. You can also book a taxi or ask the hotel to help you book a taxi.
The only negative point was that the internet connection was very slow and could be improved.

The receptionist Mr. Gurban's behavior was very professional and polite. He helped us a lot and was like a good friend to us.
The area where the hotel is located was very quiet and peaceful, and the hotel facilities were excellent.
The hotel facilities are excellent and suitable for long stays.
The main problem for us, who were on the ground floor, was the hotel's Wi-Fi, which was not good at all and we couldn't use it and only used the SIM card internet.
I don't know about the other floors, but we, who were on the ground floor, couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi for even a few minutes.
Another thing you should definitely pay attention to is the steep slope of the street leading to the hotel.
And lastly: some kitchen appliances need to be replaced, for example, the automatic shut-off button on the electric kettle in our room was broken.

Spacious apartment with kitchenette, washing machine
Location is extremely poor. Approach is up/down hill which is steep. No public transport nearby except for taxis who often refuse to go there or charge 3 times. Approach from one side is through a 75 to 100 steps climb. Not recommended for anybody with health issues, knee problem, elderly. This property does not serve any food and hence you will have to walk through this difficult terrain for any needs. It is not a daily serviced apartment and hence they do not provide water, tea, coffee, cleaning, etc. except only once when you check-in upon request. Except for the apartment size there are no other plus points.
