Everything! Location is in a quiet neighborhood in Beyoğlu. Metro and tramway access are both 5 mins walk. The streets are full of artists workshops and atelier. Lot’s of vintage shops, excellent cafes and restaurants. So much of charm 😍

The location was very good, and the staff were all very friendly. The building design was unique and the rooftop seating area had lovely views.
We stayed for 10 days and our room didn't seem to get any sort of cleaning. Someone would still come in to take out our bins so I'm not sure if this was explained when we booked. Also some of the plug sockets were loose on the walls, and some of the lamps didn't work.

Large rooms, bathrooms are super nice, there’s also a common area with kitchen, amazing terrace with top view. Staff is super friendly and most helpful. Especially Ugur

The hotel is around the corner from the Galata tower.
Staff wrote me every day asking if we needed anything.
The room and bathroom are way too small.
The view that we had from the window was a grey wall and a hall full of trash (even boxers).
The room was so cold that we had to keep the ac at 30c the whole night. If we turned it off, it was freezing cold after 5 min.
