We spent a long weekend here for the Alabama Texas game. The property is exactly as pictured and is in impeccable condition! It is a short walk to the Stadium and Campus. Communication with the owner was easy and he made sure we had detailed information about our stay! I highly recommend this property and appreciate all the attention to detail! We had a fantastic weekend!

Great location to stay for game day in Tuscaloosa. Easy walk to and from the game. The condo had everything we needed. YouTubeTV on all the TVs to watch the other games while we pre-gamed. Plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen necessities. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean and close to where we needed to be. We came in after dark and had a hard time finding the lock box. All the contacts responded quickly and we were in the condo quickly.

Very nice condo close to the University of Alabama. The condo is in a safe gated area. The owners are very nice and responded immediately to any messages.

My wife and I booked the place for my daughter's cheer camp at UA. And let me just tell you how unbelievablely great this place is! Far exceeded expectations! The Hosts are super friendly and accommodating! The place os fully furnished (Roll Tide gear of course) The beds, bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean! They even provide you pots, pans, and other dishware. Theres a bread bakery down the road, so in the mornings you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air with a hint of fresh cinnamon bread. The pool and gym are great as well!! This place is easily the best place ive stayed at. I 100% will stay here again!

Very nice condo. Bed was super comfortable, which is a big plus for me. Didn't sleep well the night before, so it was nice to get some really good rest! TV & wifi was put to great use with all of my boys. Very clean and love the little touches like snacks, water, & coffee pods. Bathroom also had shampoo & soap. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area!

Great location for a parent's weekend with our daughter's sorority. Easy parking and entry and close to the campus as well as the prime dining and shopping areas. Well stocked, great communications with owners. Only issue was that the train runs during the night and blows its whistle as it crossed the street nearby. If you are a light sleeper this would be a consideration when choosing a place to stay. I had incorrectly assumed it ran but did not blow the horn at night. Overall great condo with plenty of space.

We chose this place as a home away from home to visit my friends granddaughter! Great location from the school and very comfortable place for all the family to connect! I would highly recommend this place when visiting your kiddos at school and the beds are amazingly comfortable!

This condo was as advertised! Very clean with no fuss check-in/out. Super convenient location to campus. There is a train very close that blows its horn multiple times through the night, if you are a light sleeper . (The building itself is quiet- no neighbor noise.) That being said, I would still rent this condo again because it is clean and simple check-in/out.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated with well thought out amenities provided. Mike and Diana were great hosts. I especially liked the detailed instructions and communication regarding the rental. It was the perfect place to stay for our football weekend and visiting our son at Bama.

We visited Tuscaloosa so my daughter could visit the college with her friends. It was a wonderful visit! The apartment was adorable and clean. Michael (owner) was so great with communication and his check in/check out information was so thorough! We loved it and we will be back!
