The hotel was great for kids! Our 10 year old loved the slides, they were the perfect size for her. The pool area was clean and the lounge chairs were comfy with nice umbrellas for lots of shade. The breakfast had a good selection, open from 8 to 10
Am. It’s a bit removed from town, but we liked that as it was very busy down at the beach. We only had the pizza at the hotel, but it was pretty good. There is a small pool and play area for smaller kids which was nice too. We enjoyed our stay and found it relaxing!
The front desk didn’t inform us that the slides only open every 30 min and then close for 30 min. There was some confusion when we arrived at the pool. The pool doesn’t open until 10 and the slides not until 11. We didn’t have much cash and couldn’t start a tab at the pool. There was a requirement to do 1500+ for a credit card transaction and pay every time you purchased something. This limited the things we ordered poolside as we had to order all at once to meet the minimum.

The pools and dinner buffet were nice. The resort is decorated very well with many nice lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool furniture make the resort feel much nicer than it actually is. There is a lot for children to do, my kids had a nice time and enjoyed the water slides. The resort is small and compact.
The resort facilities (pool, pool bar, water park) are open to day users who purchase a day ticket. Unfortunately, this turns a nice family resort into a place where young people come to party. It's unfortunate that the pool service attendants only pay attention to these young day customers. Never once did anyone come up and offer to take my order for a drink or food. Each time I had to call their attention and they never came straight away. Once I asked for a menu and the guy just brought me a fruit tray that I didn't order and then later billed me for it. This hotel needs to decide if it wants to be a dayclub or a family resort!! Really terrible service for hotel guests. And then when I checked out, the lady made me wait until the maid checked our room before letting us go. Like, I would take anything from this mid-tier hotel? Also, our shower was plugged up and water leaked all over the bathroom. Lastly, our room was above the playroom, and we had trouble sleeping because of the loud noises from below. The walls in the hotel are very thin, we could also hear the family above us talking. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere.
