It was near south shore. Very nice n comfy local corner shop only 7 mins to the pleasure beach . Clean n equipped with everything .Just needed a bottle opener 😆. We arrived 7pm . And was late before realising we had no hot water or heating as the boiler was empty 😢 . But we agreed we would book again maybe next year ..
No heating or hot water for shower 😫. I think when preparing the property for let these things should be checked daily /weakly..

Good location. Parking available close by. Very clean. Big bright rooms, nicely decorated. Didn’t try sofa bed as wanted all kids upstairs with me but lots of sleeping options. Easy check in/out.
WiFi very patchy though we were out mostly so wasn’t too much a problem. No washing machine not a huge problem for a short stay but we went to the water park so would have washed the swim stuff. Small hole in kitchen wall needs patched up behind the door but again didn’t cause me any problems.

The location
The fire alarm went off early in morning in our room for no reason. We had no smokers in the property and no 1 was cooking

It was close to main attractions.
The people harassing us during our stay. That we were not allowed to make noise from 11pm-8am. Obligation to allow the worker into our suite while on holiday to discuss an issue but she did not speak to anybody else, so I felt genuinely targeted. The suite was not good. The beds were tough and uncomfortable, nobody looked the front door,the smell of weed throughout the suite. No refund which we were promised. There is a lot more but I'm not waisting my time reviewing this place.
