The property is well maintained and the staff is very responsive when there is a question. It is located right in the center of the historical center which was perfect for us. Parking was also included
The parking space was a bit of an adventure so a smaller car is suggested but nevertheless it worked well for us

Great location. Building was amazing and great duplex apartment with loads of space. Previous reviews complained about poor decoration but I think the apartment has been refurbished as we saw no issues and kitchen looked new,

The location was fantastic. It is a large apartment with space to spread out. Walkable to everywhere you’d want to go in Seville old town.
We had a lot of difficulty finding the parking spot. The link provided did not work and we were unable to reach anyone to assist us. We spent 3 hrs parking in a public spot, walking in to the parking spot and then walking back to our car to then repeat our steps and bring the car to the parking spot.

Location was good. If the property managers would have responded, the facility would probably be rated much better. Yet, the lack of communication made it difficult to enjoy our stay.
Messaged the property several times (over two platforms) about the 2nd bed situation. There is NOT a second bed. They never responded back. subsequently, my friend, who became ill, had to sleep on the couch with makeshift bedding. It was awful.
