Apartment was lovely & clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly & always ready to help you. Pool was lovely. Loads of sunbeds available . Bar was relaxing to have snacks & drinks. They also have a restaurant. Had lots of activities to play both for kids & adults if you wanted to participate. Had entertainment on some nights & happy hour was good too. It was close enough to shops, bars & harbour
The only thing we didn't like was the steep hill up to it. We love walking & are in our sixties but we found it tough making our way to complex.

Fresh towels were only giving every 2 days. Fresh towels should be an everyday service. Now upon request we could get some from reception.

The location is perfect; you can reach everything on foot. The staff were the most professional I've encountered on the island. Check-in and parking were fast and convenient.
My room was located just 4 meters from the main road. Therefore, the balcony was unusable. Unless you enjoy views of fences, asphalt, and buzzing traffic. Combined with poor sound isolation, you also get a terrible night's sleep.
The "TV" is a 10-year-old, 20-inch monitor streaming mostly 480p channels. It felt less like hotel entertainment and more like Michael Scott proudly presenting his plasma TV in The Office.
Old sofa and curtains are radiating dust mites.
Most of the guests seemed to be families with kids. This is not a bad thing if you are such customer. In case you are a single adult or a couple - you may find the pool unusable due to sheer volume of children.
The hotel itself is huge. If you live on the lower floors, you have to spend significant time and effort just to reach an exit. This would not be a problem if two of the three exits were not constantly closed.
