Posizione comoda al centro, ai servizi e alle spiagge.
Appartamento spazioso per 4 persone ,pulito , comodo e dotato di ogni confort.
Area piscina accogliente e rilassante
Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.
Avrei gradito un attenzione maggiore al verde presente nella struttura

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, notre chambre était très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût.
L'extérieur est très agréable avec la piscine, très bien arboré et un espace agréable pour manger.
On oublie que nous sommes en ville d'ailleurs nous avons beaucoup aimé Nardo, en plus c'est vraiment un emplacement stratégique pour visiter le Salento.
La machine à laver et le sèche linge même s'il est collectif est très pratique.
Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.
Bien que cela ne dépend pas de nos hôtes, attention à ce que les locataires respectent les règles de vie en communauté vu que les chambres sont côte à côte.
S'il faut trouver quelque chose à redire peut-être un ou deux espaces supplémentaires pour étendre le ling, c'est dire que tout était très bien

Posizione a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e quindi lontano dai rumori seralii/notturni. L arredo e la struttura freschi di recente ristrutturazione, quindi tutto ok..
Ottima la presenza di lavatrice e Asciugatrice
Funzionale e utile la piscina. Comoda la possibilità di parcheggio in strada adiacente l ingresso della struttura.
Come già segnalato al checkout Peccato per il Piatto doccia e parete con getti d acqua nn siano funzionali in quanto inevitabilmente la parete di chiusura mancante permette l acqua di uscire sul pavimento generando, pur con le attenzioni dovute, spargimenti che bisogna poi tamponare per evitare possibili ristagno e problemi alla pavimentazione in parquet di resina.
Chiusura porte nn smorzate, troppo rumorose, pur con le dovute precauzioni di accompagnare la chiusura.

It’s nice place, good location to visit various cities and beaches, host are very kind, generally it’s good place to stay. We had a chance to stay in two different rooms (60m no2 and 50m no1), both got tarraces but the one in no1 is much better - sunny (like whole apartment). No1 was better equiped what was surprising curlery in room2 was very limited, pots and pans were very much used and most of them didn’t work on induction. Big plus is washing machine and dryer available at villa.
Definately kitchen should be better equiped, old and broken stuff should go to trash and replaced by new. I was missing cloths dryer in room or tarrace, the only one available next to pool wasn’t best solution. Pool need more focus to be clean and vacuum taken out after it
