Cleanings and some amenities like the Nespresso coffee machine available inside the room
Since I have been there to work, I missed a space like a little desk where to telework when needed

Friendly and helpful staff
Clean and tidy premises on the whole
A good, if rather overpriced, breakfast
Close to lots of eating options especially for those on a budget or who like the usual kebab burger pizza Chinese takeaway
The common areas were a bit dark and dingy
For the cost of the breakfast at 22 euros I would have expected a significant increase in the amount of available food and variety having said that it was nicely presented and generally of good quality
The biggest dislike was the area where the hotel was located there were lots of ethnic youths hanging about down the streets in small groups which made me feel sightly uneasy.

Location very close to the main train station. Friendly staff. Smooth checkin/checkout. The room was clean and spacious.

Tasty breakfast, modern bathroom
Moldy room in the backyard does not correspond to 4* hotel at all. Very far from pictures on the Booking. No fridge, table almost none.
