Need major improvement

Owner is nice. Very attentive, allowed for early check in without us asking. Spacious

The condition was pretty bad. There were 3 bathroom but only one has heater. Porch has a urine smell and wasnt cleaned prior to check in. Very very dirty and uncomfortable to step with bare feet. Inside the hse is also dirty, and facilities are all underkept and dirty. Got used gallons here and there.. Felt like it was a store instead. Few rooms didn't have ac remote or fan remote. Not worth the price we paid. The picture taken was probably the one time they cleaned.

well maintained, clean, organized. Complete amenities available for homestay eg at kitchen appliances/tools, washing machine (with liquid detergent, softener), vacuum cleaner. 5 rooms, Ample space for family gathering both indoor & outdoor. safe & peaceful (with residential guard)
