Bed was too hard and the pillows were too flat.

I really liked the direct link to the mall, which made it very convenient to find food and restaurants. There were also many other eateries within walking distance outside the building. The view from the room was beautiful, especially from the higher floors.
The bed was not very clean and the pillows were too thin. I booked a double queen room, but there was only one pillow for each person.
The shower area was the most disappointing. The water did not drain properly and stayed on the floor after every shower. It took a very long time for the water to go down, so the next person had to wait before taking a shower.
