The house offers an open layout perfect for hosting guests, multiple families, or family reunions with a total of 3,200 sq/ft of living area. The living room, overlooking the ocean, has enough seating for 12 guests plus an extra “breakfast nook” to help you feel right at home. The ten-foot-high ceilings extend throughout the house and into the Master Suite which includes a fireplace and walk-in closet, and a luxurious Master Bath. The downstairs bedrooms include one queen bedroom, a room with two full beds, and the third is the Master Suite with a king. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one king and one queen bedroom. There is no boat dock on the property. The water is very shallow on the flats with a very soft bottom, it is not recommended launching kayaks or paddleboards at this property.  There are nearby marinas and public ramps.  Or we can set you up with a guide.
