Location fabulous, restaurant below excellent, stairs a challenge for the unfit, just take your time going up and down, comfortable stay, gondala rides just below, watch the canal traffic going by is fantastic, very surreal, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
The rug and curtains need an update if I was to be picky or negative but would not stop me staying again.

Great location in the midst of most major attractions. The terrace was also nice. Being able to see down into the canal was cool.
Oh boy. Well for one there were a lot of stairs but that wasn’t something we couldn’t handle. The shower wasn’t working and we had to use the little shower head. The kitchen sink faucet was broken. The bedroom shade was also broken so it let a lot of light in. And it’s weird that we have to throw out all of our trash. Usually the clean up crew does it after check out. Never had to do that at any stay I’ve had throughout Italy.
