HOT TUB Available THE SPACE IS SANITIZATION UVC Ozon Free. ### VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ## Dear Guests.. we strictly follow the CDC cleaning protocol, we will have a minimum 24- hour-72 hour Time after each guest check out. Our cleaning professional procedure are very strictly follow the cleaning checklist based on the recommendations from the CDC on Each in N Out, we make sure to provide our guests with a comfortable ,clean and safe space to stay . LAS VEGAS DOES NOT allow parties or events at vacation rentals. If you do, you will be subject to a $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds. - QUIET HOURS: 9pm-9am. No noise or hanging out in the backyard or frontyard between these hours. Keep all noise in the house to a minimum. - BE MINDFUL of our neighbors and community. - NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE (you can smoke at the backyard). - NO PETS - NO visitors allowed, only registered guests - DO NOT wash any of our linens. You are allowed to wash your own clothes. - DO NOT remove your makeup with our towels. - DO NOT eat in the bedrooms. - POOL CLEANING every Thursday between 9 am - 2 pm - LANDSCAPING worker comes every Monday afternoon. - DO NOT use white towels for the pool. Pool towels are located inside the closet. - NO glass is allowed in the pool area. - HOT TUB Available - WARNING The depth of the pool in the diving board area is 8 feet. - NO pets - NO smoking (of any kind) is allowed in the house only in the backyard. - DO NOT burn candles, incense, or any other open flame. - DO NOT have more guests than stated in your reservation. -NO visitors allowed. - MUST SHOW government issued photo ID upon check-in. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it; fix it; if you move it, put it back; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you use it, take care of it. Basically, please take care of our home as you would your own home. - Lost or damaged items (e.g., TV, Furniture, kitchen appliances, remote control, etc) will result in a charge . - Unapproved Late Check Out: Every 30 mins following the standard check out time is $75. - Tampering with, unplugging, or covering the surveillance systems, will result in a $100 fee and you will be immediately evicted from the premises with no refund. - You as the guest shall indemnify and hold harmless the property host against any and all claims of personal injury or personal property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Also, expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the host may have does not cover your personal property. - Your agreement to stay on the premises represents your agreement to these house rules. I have the company Vivint that provides me with security services 24 hours 7 days a week recording. camera #1 at the front door. camera #2 in the front yard. camera #3 in the backyard (pool area) plus motion detector in the living room area (No cameras inside the house ) and 4 additional cameras (Swan) 24/7 recording , located at the ends of the roof of the property for added security, but there are none inside the house. The pool filter works with the Jacuzzi at the same time from 9:00 am to 4:55 pm to keep them clean. You can use the hot tub from 5 pm to 9 pm. But If you want to use the hot tub. at different times please notify me in advance to reschedule the automatic timer.

We are very happy with our stay. The home is well appointed and very clean. We felt welcome and safe. Victor is a great host and very quick to respond to questions or requests. If we return to Vegas, we will definitely look to stay there again.

The property is phenomenal. Plenty of bed space and a fantastic back yard that is great for unwinding. Highly recommend this- it was was quite possibly one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in and the price was more than fair for everything provided.

We were so impressed with this house and overwhelmed by the hospitality and service of the owner. The house is not too far from the Vegas Strip…but far enough away to relax. If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to lay your head when visiting Las Vegas, this VRBO is the place to stay. The owner was attentive to all our needs including early check in, the temperature of the house, and the use and temperature of the hot tub. If/when we return to Vegas, we will be looking to stay at this place again!

The home was clean. However, the beds are AWEFUL. I mean so hard you felt like you slept on the ground all night. I'm not usually much to complain, but if I'm spending good money, I want a restful night sleep. Also, if you do choose this property bring your own cups for drinks. There is only glass and no plastic to take outside. Ubers were thirty bucks on average for an XL anywhere in the area we went. Nice home, the neighborhood is a little rough. But the street the house is on is nice.

Our stay at this property was fabulous. The location was close enough to both the airport and the strip to enable us do the sightseeing we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and the pool area was awesome. The property owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property.

The house was great. Clean inside, mosquitos were definitely out and sometimes in the house from no screen doors but minor inconvenience. We had to request the hot tub be turned on to use because the controls were locked and the tub was cold. It was also weird having a camera pointed at the pool. We also didn't have controls of the AC locked at 77 but the owner was able to remotely turn it down to 74. All around, I would reserve again in the future.

6 adult family members in an emotional situation. There was enough space for us to not feel on top of each other. It was excellent. Hoping to return under better circumstances where we can enjoy more time there. The pool is big the jacuzzi was great, plenty of pool toys extra chairs. Just a really great place. Close enough to everything.

Beautiful pool/spa with nice outdoor seating and well stocked kitchen & bathroom. Comfortable beds but couches aren’t super comfortable & dining room could have more seating/bigger table (can sleep 8 but table sits 6)

Only challenge was that the thermostat was locked and my wife was cold due to AC running. If was set at 70 but she felt it was a lot colder especially in the living room. Very nice accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is super clean and the kitchen is stocked probably better than any VRBO we've ever stayed at. The owner was also super responsive and easy to work with. Great guy! The hot tub wasn't heating properly and he was over there within 30 minutes fixing it for us. Sidenote: The owner had "air fresheners" going in every bathroom and closet on our arrival. As someone who is sensitive to scents, I had to unplug them them, put them in drawers, and open windows as they began to trigger a headache almost immediately. The scent cleared and I was fine, but if you're "scent" sensitive, let the owner know before your arrival and I'm sure he'll remove them for you.

The House was perfect for a boys (or girls) golf/gambling/food/show weekend. The host Vince was very responsive to any questions and the check-in was seemless.
