Great place, great location but lacking attention to detail.

It was in a great location. Easy to get in and out.

It said there would be toiletries so we didn’t bring any but there was not. No soap no shampoo so we had to go out and buy some. It said the Wi-Fi code would be in a welcome book but it was the wrong one so it was a day later before we got Wi-Fi after sending an e-mail. There was only one pillow each with a pillowcase so to use two you had to use one without a case.

HORRIBLE hosts, A/C BROKEN, DIRTY PLACE... SCAMMED out of our money

Location

RUN from this place. This apartment says there is A/C but it is broken. The host acted surprised and said they'd be sending someone to fix it and they never did. Then when I checked recent reviews, apparently they have been playing this game for a few weeks. Telling guests they'll have someone come fix it and never do. I started asking the morning we arrived and I kept getting what was clearly AI responses repeating the same thing saying a technician would be coming. Then they stopped responding from 4pm until later the next morning, AFTER I had already spent hours on 3 diff phone calls with Booking.com, who also couldn't get a hold of the host. There was an extreme heat warning the weekend we were there and we had young kids with us. None of us slept that night and the kids were feeling sick all night because of the heat. I gave the host fair warning that we would have to leave and not stay our second night if it couldn't be fixed. Finally the afternoon of the second day we had to scramble to find another hotel, which wasn't cheap last minute. This was really inconvenient considering we were leaving the next morning but we couldn't put our kids through that another night. It completely ruined our weekend! Aside from the AC, the place was extremely dirty. The bathroom light flickered like a strobe light and there was no soap! The entrance to the patio was not properly sealed so they had napikins shoved in the space. The most messed up part is they only refunded us $100! We should have had the entire amount refunded because we slept there one horrible night and then had to pay an extra $400 to get another room for a night. because it was all that was available. SHAME on these people for SCAMMING people out of their money, knowing full well their AC doesn't work. I am fighting to get my money back for this and I hope they get banned from Booking.com

The location is good

The lodging was very hot and stuffy and AC did not work. The staff said they’d fix the broken air conditioning and never did. They ignored follow up messages on the topic and didn’t reply. It wasn’t very clean, a bit run down as well. Bed wasn’t comfortable

It was in a great location. Easy to get in and out.
