Come see why this 8th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 8th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” 4K SMART TV in living room and a 60" 4K SMART TV in the master, and a 43" 4K SMART TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Our experience at the Phoenix was really nice. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The only issue we had was the hot water was not big enough to accommodate 5 people trying to shower and get ready to go out.

Excellent Condo!! A total of 10 of us stayed in this beautiful condo. We had a total of 4-children ranging from 8-2yrs and 6-adults. We had plenty of room & the view off the gracious size balcony was amazing. The Host is very kind and great at getting back to you with any questions you may have. The pool area is very clean and great for the kids who want a break from the beach and the bathrooms are nice a clean also. You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas from Ike’s on the beach. Parking is great it’s on the same level as the condo so it is a very easy walk, especially when unloading the cars, and there are complementary carts that you can get from the lobby to help with your luggage. The condo stay guarantees you two parking spots. But we were able to get a third no problem and we went on a very popular holiday memorial day . And if for any reason you’re unable to get additional parking beyond the two spots they do offer you secured parking at a different location on Canal Street is available it’s is about 2 miles from the hotel.We will definitely be back next year. The condo was spacious and accommodated our large family. However, it was dirty. The floors were filthy and there were other areas that definitely needed to be cleaned really well! I contacted the manager and he offered to have someone come out and re-mop.
