Relaxed atmosphere, welcoming aroma as you enter the hotel
All staff extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Pool was smaller than expected, photos are a little misleading.

Staff were great - really friendly- also let us check in 3 hours earlier as the room was ready.
Great having the pool on the roof- not massive but big enough to just chill in and cool down in the heat.
Amazing location into the city too.

Location, facilities staff so accommodating.
Maybe more umbrellas to n the rooftop especially in hot summer mths. Very exposed not a lot of shaded spots
