Nestled in Holmes Beach, this charming house for $500 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Sandy Palms…. You’ll love this updated classic Florida beach house. On a quiet street and close to everything in Holmes Beach. It’s a perfect home base for your family to enjoy the laid back, Old Florida lifestyle of Anna Maria Island. Sandy Palms is managed by the owners who live in FL and are always available if you should need anything during your stay. Sandy Palms is a single family home- not a duplex. Completely renovated and updated through out with all the comforts of home . The house is professionally cleaned between each guest. We (the owners) personally check the home before each check-in to assure everything is ready for your arrival. The blue gulf waters and spectacular sunsets are just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and shopping are a couple of blocks away. Grocery store is only 1-1/2 miles away. And the free AMI trolley stop is right around the corner, where you can catch a ride to stops all over the island. Shopping, dining, live music, fishing…. you’ll be spoiled for choices to fill your vacation days. This ground level home has no stairs to climb, just one step-down into the sunroom. Tile floors throughout. Our kitchen is well stocked with new quartz countertops and appliances. There's a spacious master suite with walk-in closet and a large glass shower. Guest room 1 has a king bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower. Guest room 2 has two twin beds. There's a 3rd bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a door to the private outside shower. All bedrooms have closets, fans and smart TVs. The pool (heated to 85 deg Oct thru May) is protected with a removable child-safety fence. It's a perfect place for your family to enjoy time together without having to share common spaces with strangers. Just bring your bathing suit and flip-flops, we've got the rest. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cart and a cooler are provided for your convenience. And a supply of soaps, detergents, paper products and basic spices are stocked for you as well. We’ve been coming to AMI for years and would love to share our recommendations for anything else you might need…. just ask! Follow us! Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. -Our minimum rental period is 7 nights. -Our licensed maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children and infants. -There are 3 exterior security cameras at the property: one on the front entrance, one over the parking area & street and one on the side entrance. ****Please do not bring more than 6 people (including infants) or pets. We will check the cameras to confirm and violating our occupancy license limits will cause eviction with no refund.***

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in. Just as pretty as the pictures, meticulously clean, and very well stocked. Location is great - one block over from beach and close to everything. Super easy to get around if you have a golf cart. Can’t wait to return. Would love it if they offered less than one week rentals (especially in summer).

Attention to detail, down to the baseboards being spotless. The landscaping and outside sitting/gathering areas were amazing. Location close to beach access and restaurants on quiet street. Unassuming from the outside but jackpot vacation home on the inside and backyard. Hope to return soon!

This was our seventh time coming to Anna Maria Island, but first stay at Sandy Palms and it has been the best stay yet! Rebecca was very easy to get into contact with, as well as ensured our stay was great! The home was beautiful and so clean, as well as a quick easy walk to the beach. It is even in a perfect location all together in regards to the island. A quick drive to the north end, as well as down more south of we wanted.
Overall, as a family of 6, with young ones, we had an AMAZING vacation.

Our family of 5 had a great time in Anna Maria and this home was perfect for us! We utilized both the pool and beach every day! The pool, even though it looks small in pictures, was actually a perfect size. Location to beach was truly only a 5 min walk. There are many spots to access the beach on the island but it was nice to be close to a spot that felt more private/less people. Definitely a plus for us! We visited in August so didn’t rent bikes (too hot) but did rent a golf cart and felt it was the best way to get around the island from our location. Bikes would have been a little far of a ride into the little town/shops of Anna Maria with our younger kids but a golf cart made it easy, quick, fun and easier to find parking! Plus more fun to explore the entire island this way! The house was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels/beach towels, pool and beach toys, chairs etc. Also if you have little ones, the extra measures for pool safety are above and beyond with a very kid proof gate locking system and alarm system. Rebecca was always helpful and responsive with check in, check out and any questions we had during our stay. Overall we loved this home and would definitely come back!

This was our first time to AMI and we could not be more pleased with choosing this home for the week. It was absolutely perfect for my family and I! Rebecca has really thought of everything and is a wonderful host! Very easy to communicate with and she clearly wants her guests to have an enjoyable stay. The house had every amenity and more and the location to the beach was perfect as it was a very short walk. The pool was exactly what we needed to stay cool in the July heat. The best part was how the landscaping was done to give you privacy and shade. We loved this home and can't wait to get back there again!

The house was perfect, it was decorated beautifully, had everything we possibly needed and was spotless. We felt so at home in this house, we can’t wait to come back. The house was extremely clean! It had everything we needed, including beach towels and plenty of beach gear. The beds were comfy (big win in my opinion)! Located about a block from the beach and walkable to some restaurants. 10/10 recommend this house for your next AMI visit. We can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed at Sandy Palms with our family and friends for a week and it was an oasis away from home! It’s exactly as the listing describes, there was not one thing that we needed that was not on the property or in the house. The location is prime to the beach and the pool is the icing on the cake. We enjoyed sunsets at the beach and nights poolside in the gorgeous backyard. We absolutely hope to stay here again. Rebecca had a beautiful home and it is not to be missed if you’re planning a stay on AMI!

This house was perfect for our family. We have a very busy 5yr old and a 3m old so the open floor concept really met our needs to multitask and supervise our children. Really can’t say enough about how wonderful Rebecca was! She really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would absolutely recommend this lovely property over and over again.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sandy Palms. The beach house was beautifully decorated, it was very comfortable and welcoming and we loved relaxing by the pool in such a relaxing setting. Rebecca was a gracious host who was kind to check in on us and who was available should we have any questions arise. We also really enjoyed having the beach be only a short walk away.

This property was perfect for my family of 5….the house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor area were well maintained and the kids had a blast in the private pool. The house was a short walking distance to the beach which made it great for our small children. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

I can’t say enough about this adorable property! It had everything we needed and beyond to make our stay feel like we were at home. The owner was great with communicating which I really appreciated. All the little things really went a long way with us right down to basket of beach towels right by the sliding door!

Our experience with this property and owner was nothing short of amazing! Rebecca was quick to respond to any questions from booking to checkout.
This house and grounds were very clean and exactly how it is described. The house included lots of extras that typically don’t come with a VRBO. The host’s attention to detail was apparent - they have a binder that includes information on the area. We found it very helpful during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone throughout the home.
The house is an easy 5 minute walk from door to beach. The beach by the house was gorgeous and not too crowded. We had space to play games in the area behind our chairs/umbrella. There was a sandbar you could walk to depending on tides. We found all beach equipment provided which saved us from having to bring ours. It was all in good condition with the exception of one boogie board which was cracked. We purchased our own so no biggie. I’m certain the host would have replaced it had we asked.
Last but not least, although the pool appears to be small in the photos the four teens in our family spent hours in the pool every day!
I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property and host!

A Piece of Paradise
In the 25 years that I have been going to Anna Maria Island this is, by far, the nicest property I have ever rented. The house is beautifully decorated, the patio area and pool are very well equipped and have such a wonderful tropical setting and feel. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need. The gate and alarm system on the doors to the pool area are a great layer of security, as we had our 2 year old grandson with us. The cocktail pool is larger than it looks in the picture and the ledge around the inside of 2 sides of the pool made it possible for a toddler to be in the water safely and enjoy his time while we were in the pool. The walk to the beach was around 5 minutes, so the location is great! The neighborhood is quiet and you are away from road noise. I have back issues and the beds were very comfortable. The pool guy came twice during our one week stay, so that is maintained very well. It was a wonderful week and the house was a huge part of that. Everyone in our family was impressed and very comfortable. We are coming back next year. Excellent all the way around!
