Nestled in Ballard, this lovely condo for $120 per night is a great option for your next vacation. CQ nautical theme; life aquatic with Steve Zissou Vibe (Bill Murray) Quirky fun & clean space! Cozy comfortable "Hygge, Romantic relaxing or workspace. 225 sq feet sleeps 2-4 but 2 comfortably Outside 420 smoking space. Quiet Sleeping nook-cleaned by a cleansebot “little buddy” drives over and under the bedding to kill viruses, mites, and allergens. Bed Platform -Memory foam-approx. 18" off floor. NEW Chaise lounge pullout sofa comfortable stay for that 3rd person. Privet Head/bathroom has a luxurious rain shower with a handheld attachment Bathroom has a 6" step up to enter. Adjacent to the bathroom is a small seated Vanity with a Blow dryer, Hair Straightener & cleaning products Face Body, and Shampoo. CQ’s Galley/kitchenette is small but efficient, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker Tea and Coffee provided. Pots and pans with Bunsen burner, Webber BBQ out front. All you need to make a nice meal or grab snacks from our honor bar. We provide TV trays for a quiet meal inside or use one of the 2 tables and/or The NEW red Adirondack chairs by our New Gas fire pit out front for a relaxing bite. Outside Space- is a Semi-Private/ front patio with Adirondack chairs including a New Gas Fire Pit, surrounded by plants that attract hummingbirds and our crow Ralphie. For Fun with have Putters & Balls to play on our miniature-miniature golf course. We provide hot dog sticks, 1 bag of charcoal and lighter fluid. Green outdoor smoking blankets and Beach towels for an outing to Golden Gardens (7 min Drive). Other Things to Note We are 420 friendly on our patio, dog friendly with the callout that the Humans are responsible for any damages done by their furry friends, dog bowls provide. Message In a Bottle: We create a special message in a bottle for all guests to keep or leave behind. (some do ask for a special note birthday or engagement happens often here) Walkable neighborhood with food Sexy bar essex is back! The household is a multicultural home Norwegian and Fijian. Languages Hindi, Fijian and a little Italian and Danish. CQ beams with positive creative energy and kindness.

Heidi was excellent in sharing highlights in the neighborhood. The unit is on the small side, but it is lovingly appointed with nautical themes. There is a bit of a small step from the main space to the bathroom. Heidi communicated clearly and there were fun snacks and great coffee ready to go. All the furniture and the linens were high quality

This property was in a very quiet residential area within walking distance to the Fat Hen restaurant which is great for breakfast or lunch. The apartment was cozy, comfortable and clean. Next time we visit our son and his new wife we will definitely stay here!

Such a cute place to stay for a couple. Had all the amenities we needed. I loved the nautical theme. Room was very clean. It was a good location. Several restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of attention to detail and fun touches in this cozy property. We were moving with cats and needed a place to stay for a night that accepted pets, but would love to return for a longer stay sometime! Highly recommended.

I can’t put into words how amazing and fun this place was and how welcoming the community was. They had their block party and not only were we invited they were accepting of my puppy’s nervous but excited energy. We will definitely be back!

It was a sweet little place that was perfect for two humans and a small dog. The neighborhood was quiet, attractive, and a great place to walk my dog…very close to Golden Gardens which my dog loved.

Omg my husbands and my stay was AMAZING! The place is so freaking cute and cozy! I love that there is putt putt to play and a little fire pit. We felt very welcomed and had the best relaxing time! Will definitely look to stay here again on my next Seattle trip!

Honestly we've recently shied away from VRBO's but this experience has changed our minds in a big way. Yes the place is small but every square inch of the space is utilized in such an amazing way that we felt totally at home and comfortable. As others have mentioned Heidi is incredible and immediately made us feel at home and comfortable. Perfect neighborhood within walking distance to lots of amazing coffee shops and restaurants. If Heidi gives you a recommendation it's definitely worth serious consideration! Staying in the Captain's Quarters was a huge part of our overall enjoyment of Seattle. We can't recommend it enough.

We loved this Vrbo rental! The space was just right for a weekend get away for my husband and I. We loved the attention to detail inside the rental, it was so cute and I loved the decorating theme. The outdoor space was enchanting as we spent a couple hours outside after our long days of sightseeing. It was so cozy and relaxing to sit under the lights, especially the ones designed in the shape of a sail boat. MightyHeidi was a polite, friendly, and gracious host. She provided a great list of local to-do's. If we come back to visit the area again, I would definitely seek out this rental for our next stay!

This was the cutest little space and was perfect for 2 people. My partner and I stayed here and loved the decor/theme, especially the bed tucked in with portholes and a white noise machine. It’s a very clean space, very cozy and makes great use of a small space. The fire pit is awesome and it’s in a beautiful neighborhood to walk around in. There’s several great restaurants within walking distance too. Heidi was awesome and shared a big list of fun things to do and good places to eat in the neighborhood! Only positive things to say 🥰 I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone I know visiting Seattle.

We stayed here as two adult besties on a much needed girls' getaway. It was the perfect location as a home base and the host had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and so peaceful!

This was our second stay here and it was even more comfortable than the first time! The neighborhood is very walkable and filled with delicious restaurants and friendly people. Parking was easy and we always had a spot open right out front. Heidi is great also and is very responsive if you ever need anything during your stay!

Found this little gem for our last night in the SeaTac area and wow, we were so happy we did! It’s located in a charming older neighborhood that has tons of character. The inside was clean and had everything you could need, including comfort items, cookware, and even mini-golf. We loved the outdoor space for some evening relaxing next to the propane powered fire pit. Don’t waste your money on a hotel and instead book this place, you won’t regret it!

I wanted to spend part of my stay in a more of a residential area, and this is a super cute spot that’s in a quiet neighborhood but still close to lots of restaurants, breweries, and the beach. The nautical decor makes it really unique, and I enjoyed having outdoor space. Heidi pulls out all the stops with the amenities and even took the time to tailor an itinerary for me. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you want to be in the Ballard area.

The place inside and outside was beautiful. The place was perfect and only 16 minutes away from everything we wanted to do! The property owner was amazing, very kind and we loved sitting outside and chatting with her. It was private and it felt like home❤️ I 100% recommend staying here. We are definitely booking this place again when we come back to Seattle!!!!!!

We stayed at this very cozy location because it was near the Medical Center. It worked well for our needs. Our only problem was that it had a raised step into the bathroom which caused a little difficulty. However the location and lack of stress for us was great. Got to meet the host and enjoyed our visit.

What an imaginative use of space for a small garage! We really felt like we were in a stateroom on a tug boat! It even had a noise machine with lighthouse sounds and porthole windows by the bed. Lots of things to walk to and Ballard Ave is about a 25 minute walk. Great host!

We loved staying here with our pup! The neighborhood is beautiful (for dog walks) and the apartment is perfect! Nearby were several amazing restaurants and an easy Uber ride got us to downtown for a concert we attended. Thoughtful details all around made our stay wonderful!
