Clean. Room was spacious, loved and staff was so friendly

There was nothing I didn't like

The staff was exceptionally nice. The pool was wonderful the kids had free time in it I would definitely recommend this place

The only problem we had was the smoke alarm went off twice due to the pool room so everybody had to leave the building and it really scared my younger children. I felt for the inconvenience they should have done something extra for us.

We were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we’re very pleased.

For some reasons after the first day were very smelly every time we used them. Everything else was very clean. Also the side doors to exit the building were not working properly. The staff were aware & did let people know. One door was very hard to open & it would shut very hard. People were struggling with it. I think there should have been a warning sign on the doors while they waited for the repair to be made. I also think I should’ve mentioned that to them. Sorry I didn’t.

Staff was friendly and had clean rooms.

The toilet seat cover was too small for the bowl in room 117. Not a pleasant feeling when using the bathroom. The elevator was out of service too. My room was originally on the 2nd floor but asked if I would rather be on the 1st floor which I took. I did bring the staff person to show her the toilet cover in the morning. She agreed with me & would check other rooms, very nice individual.
