Good location just on the beach, nice view from the room and warmed-up seimming pool also for kids. Private parking available, clean and tidy.
The apartament was very small, the hotel is located just next to busy road with Trucks passing by all the time. The staff doesn't spreak English well and is not customer-friendly. During our stay we had air-con and bath doors broken.

Отель Нептун находится рядом с берегом Черного моря. Мы брали двухкомнатный номер - все отлично, нам было комфортно. В номер 2 санузла и 2 балкона. Есть бассейн, теплый. Завтраки можно брать в кафе от отеля, но там как и во всех прибрежных кафе ценник завышен, мы ходили в кафе Белый дом (10 мин от отеля)
Все понравилось. Но не всегда была понятна ситуация с уборкой, забывали нажимать кнопку специальную для вызова уборки. Ну еще хотелось бы, чтобы ресепшн был по разговорчивей, ничего не спрашивают, не интересуются ни чем.
