The location is the best in gonio. It's the nearest hotel to the beach and has a private-like beach where chaise-longue is free for gonio inn residents. The room was clean and very nice, but they only cleaned it once in 3 nights time we spent there, only after we asked for cleaning service explicitly. We asked for shower gel and they brought shampoos.
The staff tried to be helpful but they were often unprofessional. Only one keycard was available for the hotel room when we were 3 people. Check in was at 14:00, but the room wasn't even ready until 15:00, even though we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 and they knew we were waiting. They did not express any kind of being sorry for delayed check in. We were trying to order ice coffee with vanilla ice cream for 4 consecutive days but they said they didn't have it and most of the things on the menu weren't available. They didn't ask for the feedback or expressed any kind of interest to show that they cared about how guests spent time there.

The place is excellent, practically on the beach... you can watch the sunset in the sea from your balcony. Friendly staff, clean rooms, but its bad that they don't have a pool 😕.
