Situated in Plantation Key, this lovely house for $625 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Minimum 28 day stay. Dreaming of a FL Keys vacation where you can boat, fish, dive, snorkel or stay home and swim in your own private heated pool? This is it! The charm of this home begins as you approach this upscale property with tropical landscaping and continue through the double entry doors into a dramatic two-story foyer and ascend the open staircase to continue through the lavish interior with wrap around porches and balconies or simply allow the elevator to lift you to these spaces. The main living area is on the second floor which also boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with gas stove, dining table and island seating, TV room and screened balcony which overlooks the custom waterfall pool and dock with 100' wide canal. Unwind in the sitting room or watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. There are 4 additional TV's in the property and each of the three bedrooms on the main floor offer a queen sized bed. One has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and the other two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub and shower. The 3rd floor is completely devoted to a master suite. Access is by elevator or a spiral staircase from the main living room/kitchen area. The master is quite spacious and has a king sized bed and private sitting room as well as a private balcony overlooking the water and double sinks in the ensuite bath. The main floor of the property has a private apartment which can be accessed through the foyer or a private locked entrance from the outside. It is poolside with a complete kitchen, TV room, Dinette and a King sized bed and full bath. This is perfect for your guests who would like a bit more privacy. The exterior of the home is truly a tropical playground. The heated swimming pool is a work of art with an attached elevated spa hidden in a curved rock wall featuring a cascading waterfall.The multi-color LED lit pool is ideal for taking a moonlit dip. There is a cabana area off the poolside which boasts a full air conditioned bath with a walk-in shower. Lounge chairs surround the pool and dock for your relaxing pleasure. There is 100' of dock with 60' available for guest use. The fish cleaning station is easily accessible with 50 amp electrical service and water. The canal is deep and wide to accommodate your boat and the Bay and Ocean are only minutes away with easy access through the Snake Creek Draw Bridge, the only drawbridge in the Keys. There is a commercial ice maker in the pool side bar and a fish freezer for bait. This home captures the entire essence of The Florida Keys with close excellent dining and water fun all at your fingertips!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! The location, access to the water and pool were all exactly what we needed. Our fishing guides were able to pick us up everyday from the channel which made it so convenient. Lori was very attentive to our every need. We will be staying here again!

We had a great time in Islamorada! Fishing and diving are amazing! The house was great pool and hot tub were wonderful. Totally enjoyed our stay. We were there when all the coronavirus mandates came down. Joe the owner contacted us to make sure we were good and to offer advice on getting boat out of water when we were leaving as parks and boat ramps were closed. Wonderful location!!

This was an excellent house in an exquisite neighborhood. The location is a boater's and fisherman's dream with both access to the Atlantic and the Gulf. I could sit here and write a book about all the pros because in reality I couldn't find any cons. The owner Joe was a bonus. He was always reachable and responsive he made sure that all our concerns and requests were immediately taken care of. We had an excellent, peaceful and relaxing time. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Joe, see you next year, maybe even sooner.

This property's obvious allure is it's backyard. The pool with waterfall and lights at night are awesome. The backyard gets full day sun and you can watch the sunset right from the dock. We had manatees hang out at the dock for hours one day. There are a ton of Lobsters under the dock and the canals in Venetian shores are 50ft+ deep! We did see a shark or two in the canals while we were there, so lots of fish and wildlife activity present. It is a pretty home, the stairwell layout is a lot of up & down, but there is an elevator if you need it. The neighbor to the west is not good, but the neighbor to the east more than makes up for it. He is awesome. Very friendly, helpful, considerate and has been in the keys there for 30+ years. He is a snowbird like me, and so a lot of the decisions of why I wanted to rent in the keys for a long period he had answers to. He gave us some great spots, minutes from this property to go check out, by boat, and they were spectacular. I was a bit apprehensive about bringing my boat down, 35' center console and leaving it in the water the whole time and not having a lift, but the canal is extremely calm, even on the windiest days. That I attribute to the extremely deep water, great design. I bet I could've skipped even using my bumpers it was that calm. Plenty of room, electric & water are right there, as well as a wonderful fish cleaning station. I would definitely recommend this property and Joe is awesome to work with. I'm from MN, so I had the master bedroom A/C on 69 and about two weeks into our stay it stopped one day and Joe had someone out there within hours and had it resolved. He is very easy to reach and very courteous.
