Michael and his team are so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, a lot of reviews I have seen are very complimentary- and they are very true.
The swimming pool and surrounding area are absolutely spotless, clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was a good selection- something for everyone. The location is ideal, a short walk to the beach and very close to all the restaurants and bars. Michael is one of the nicest people I have met in Zakynthos- a true gentleman

The hotel is conveniently located, with the beach just a short walk away. The breakfast was good, but exactly the same every day during our 9-day stay, so more variety would be nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool was excellent
The rooms were quite old and could use some renovation. The bathroom fixtures were also old, and there was some black mould in the bathroom. We also had ants in our room, possibly because we were staying on the first floor
