You'll have several spaces to relax in including a fully-furnished lower level complete with a large sectional, well-equipped kitchenette, and a table for four - perfect for meals or board game nights. On the main level, this spacious home features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table with six chairs, a comfortable living area, and French door access out to the furnished deck with a private gas grill. Guests will also have access to a private beach and a dock as well as two kayaks and canoes. While you will likely be spending a lot of your time on and in the lake, this home is also just 12 miles from Lake Anna State Park, which offers hiking trails, a fishing pond, and a sand beach. The house is also located close to the mouth of the North Anna River which flows into Lake Anna. The River is accessible by kayak should you wish to go 'river' kayaking! For great views and delicious, lakeside dining, check out Tim's at Lake Anna Restaurant & Crabhouse, only four-and-a-half miles from your door, where you'll also find the Boardwalk at Lake Anna, for additional dining options, mini-golf, and arcade games. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that a harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We had an amazing time during our stay with our family filled with lots of laughter and great memories! The house was perfect for our needs and really set up for families. We would love to book again in the future!

Everything was great except for an issue with the smoke alarm. We also paid for extended stay and the linen company showed up early. My husband was asleep. They said they could not came back and asked us to strip the beds and collect all linens and towels. I had to wake up my husband. I wouldn't have minded the interruption if the would have just come back.

House was dirty. Grill was so caked up with oil and grime that the burners didn’t work. Took forever to get a working home code to actually enter the house on the first day. Septic tank was leaking a nasty putrid smell that took over the yard and the house. 6 single beds are actually 3 bunk beds. 2 don’t have ladders and one is crammed into what’s supposed to be the master bedroom closet.

This place was perfect! I went on a girls trip with a group of my friends and this house was the perfect size for us. Zero complaints from us. The lake and the deck are perfect and so relaxing to lay out during the day.

Nice location, Overall nice home, but could use some updating. Decor was a bit outdated and drab especially paintings. Pros: Nice open spaces, large TV’s in each room, the handicap accommodations were very nice. Living room furniture was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful deck and front porch. Cons: Queen and bunk mattresses absolutely need to be replaced. You could feel the springs. There was a blind missing on the living room window, the broom was broken in half so it was difficult to sweep the kitchen floor, 2 of the dining room chairs had big splits in the vinyl seat, the tall top bed rail on the queen bed was not secured/broken so we sit it on the floor so it didn’t fall off during the night. Depending how you view it as a con or not, but the water gets extremely hot so you have to be very careful! Our biggest concern was lack of an exit from the lower level in the event of an emergency. There is a door to the outside, but it’s key locked by the owner, so if the stairwell were to get blocked you’d be trapped. All this being said with a few needed updates this could be a 5 star rental.

Got to say this house is very awesome with young children - located in the shallow side of the lake. My boys enjoyed kayaking by themselves, and yet I don't have to worry about them drowning since the deepest part is only 3 ft. The house had a few lights that were out, but after contacting the property manager, they got someone out to get those straightened out quickly. Overall it's definitely worthwhile staying in this property!

The house itself was great, plenty of room for myself, my parents, and our daughter. Flatscreen tvs in nearly every room, surround sound, and a well stocked kitchen. The master bedroom is very nice. The lake front itself is problematic. The only way to the lake is down a steep sloped yard with no stairs. When we stayed the grass had not been cut in a while, which made it very difficult to walk - this would be an issue for an older crowd or children. There is a little beach area, but it was overgrown with weeds. The lake itself is shallow, only waist height, and very very muddy. Not great for swimming. We had lots of fun kayaking and canoeing and had a great time at the public beach nearby. A good place to stay for the area, if you are not doing only lake activities. WiFi spotty,
