Conveniently located in Sea Pines, two min walk to beach and easy access to Golfing in Sea Pines/Harbor Town. Bluff Villas is conveniently located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Resort. You will be within a few steps to all the conveniences of South Beach, including shops, restaurants like the Salty Dog, seasonal live music, seasonal happy hour boat tours of the sound (Salty Dog happy hour cruise), and the trolley service to other locations within Sea Pines Resort. Conveniently located to Calibogue Sound and the South Beach Marina Village. You can easily access rentals for kayaking, jet skis, paddle boards, and bikes. A short walk to the South Beach Pickleball and pool. Convenient first floor unit with large private patio with easy access to the beach! Pool fee included with rental, beach cart with chairs, a cooler, and even beach towels provided. (Saturday to Saturday rentals only) max capacity is “sleeps six”, minimum age of renter 34.

The property was as listed. Walk to beach (the shoreline was not very big) and salty dog.

Very convenient location. The Salty Dog is next door. The patio is very nice. The couch and chairs were ok. The beach cart works great on the beach. We enjoyed staying there!

This was our first vacation in two years and well worth the wait! The unit was clean, tidy, and welcoming. We could have left 80% of things we brought with us at home. The owners created a sense of community by making a crazy number of convenient amenities available: laundry supplies, pantry food, personal hygiene items, beach chairs and a nifty wagon,--even sunscreen. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, and the unit immaculate. The unit is super convenient yet quiet.The hosts were extremely gracious and answered my questions in seconds, if not under two minutes. Their kindness and hospitality is superior. My family and I were spoiled and can't wait to come back!
