1) Relatively clean bathroom

1) The accommodation did not provide sufficient extra blankets for sleeping, and only one thin towel was available for guests. 2) The bed sheets and towels provided were stained, and appeared to have been used multiple times without being cleaned. 3) It should be noted that the oven in the accommodation was dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor when opened. 4) It was observed that certain items belonging to the previous guests, such as key rings and toothpicks, were still present in the room upon arrival. 5) Regrettably, the kitchen utensils provided were not up to the usual standards of cleanliness and had visible stains.

There isn't any addition blanket for the futon bed, no condiments like welcome drinks or coffee or tea, no extra toilet paper given. The parking was quite dark too over both level 6 and 7. The bath tub was quite dirty.

1. Property was located at the town. 2. The view from 17th floor was beautiful. 3. The facilities in the apartment was nice. especially the swimming pool.

1. No free parking even for 1 car as most of the apartments provide 1 free parking. 2. The room wasn’t clean. a lot of hair strands on the floor, bed and all over the house. 3. The agent argued that it wasn’t their fault and he blamed the cleaning service.

family friendly. Siap ada netflix so tak risau kalau anak boring.

The place is clean however the maintenance of the building is not very well,but the unit and the service is good,clean,neat and tidy.

The pool was under maintenance,closed even the playground was close

price stated not same with the price during payment.. About RM50 the difference. access card not function, have to wait other residents or guest to use their card to enter the building. when reports to staff, he ask guest to seek building management. kita pulak yang nak kena berurusan dengan management.. unit owner should take the responsibility la.
