My second time staying at Imperio. Loved the balcony and bathtub view of the sea (would have been better if it wasn't for the Haze)
I love the location - near enough to shopping malls but far enough for peace and privacy.
The apartment itself is sparse but comfortable. You have a kitchenette, sofa, small dining table. The bed was nothing to shout about but still comfortable enough for a short stay.
There is a dedicated pick up point at the entrance lobby where you can book and wait for your Private Hire Driver. Drink vending machine is also available at the lobby. There is always a security officer at the entrance so it feels pretty safe even if you're returning late at night. Entry into the building is by touch card.
Unfortunately, the water heater doesn't really work. You get hot water for only about 3 seconds then it's all cold again. Couldn't really enjoy the bath tub because of this. Please get it fixed. Apparently, the swimming pool was also closed during my stay for some reason. Couldn't use that either.
Ground floor of the building is deserted. Was supposed to have a supermarket but I guess they've been unsuccessful at attracting any tenants for retail or supermarket. There's no convenience store either so please buy whatever you need from Parco area which is just a short 10 min away by car.
The interior of the apartment could use a good paint job. It feels pretty old and dated.

The Staff are very responsive and act quickly, I got my room and it had internet problem, immediately they changed another studio that had sea view and even better than the first one. They were also very flexible with other things including deposit

- my wife got backache coz of 2 different height single bed stack together instead of queen or king bed..
