Great little place to stay for my family of four. We have two littles 3 and 4 so they were able to sleep on the pull out couch easily. The room is nice, the building is a bit dated. It smelled like someone had smoked in there previously or maybe in one of the adjacent rooms, unfortunately. The real downside is the elevators are so crowded especially at check out. The upside is this room is close to the stairs and you can easily walk down to the main floor and load/unload there at the main entrance. But the parking spot that is included is nice too because it’s right next to the door in the parking deck. I do wish the water dispenser on the fridge had been cleaned. There is visible black mildew on the dispenser so we didn’t use it. But overall a nice small room perfect for our small family. The pools and splash pad along with the beach access and chair rentals were excellent and convenient.

We had everything we needed. It was very nice and convenient to everything! Parking spot was the absolute best in my 40 years of beaching!

There was a sticky red residue on the coffee table that was there upon arrival. Also the same on the cabinets in the bathroom that makes me this it wasn’t cleaned properly. Hot water didn’t work in the kitchen sink. The furniture inside and outside needs updated. Bathroom fixtures needed updated and tighten if possible. The bed was comfortable but the headboard was very loose. The best part about the rental was the parking space. It’s right by the elevators and has plenty of room. Also the indoor pool was closed for some reason. There was a big thunderstorm and we left the beach to go to the indoor pool and after 20 minutes the security guard made everyone leave because he said the pool was closed.
