The property was incredible! Kids were in the pool right away and playing video games and watching movies in the theater later. Nice big table for dining and working. We loved it! Beautifully decorated and comfortable!

The fact that you can’t use the address in GPS because it will bring you to the wrong gate (and the written directions were not accurate) made finding the place very frustrating.

Our gathering was for a visit to the parks.
The house was very spacious. Unfortunately, it rained the whole stay so we did not really enjoy the amenities for the pool.
There were a few mishaps but communication was open and quick responses.
I have submitted some suggestions for future rental interests.
For example, coffee starters for coffee maker, pot holders, dish towels etc and better wifi. We had a very difficult time all week with internet usage.
Lastly, some pillows are dated and falling apart on lanai, carpet in living room is hazardous because of it permanently folded up. The throw carpet at end of stairs is very dangerous. It slips underneath you it needs to be heavier to stay in place or something to grip your steps.
The younger kids enjoyed movie room, and games. The pictures in VRBO are accurate.
Overall, it was a nice place and we would return as king as the above issues are taken care of.

This property was awesome! Great themes throughout and was very clean. Had real home vibes that my friends and I were able to have fun as well as relax in. The only downside was that the property manager never answered as I called a few times and left messages. We had a couple of questions about the property that were never answered since the property management never returned our calls. Nonetheless, had a great time at this property and would definitely recommend it!

The house was everything that was listed. The family had an amazing time.
The Biggest drawback was the internet was horrible!! We could not watch an entire movie due to the internet dropping, we could not make calls unless we left the house of went outside in the back. As an executive, I needed to have access to the internet for work and leaving everyday to connect was a hassle.

Multigenerational family spent a wonderful week at this property while visiting DisneyWorld. Everything is true to description and pictures. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool, the theatre and the game room daily. Location is central and convenient to theme parks. Absolutely our future return stay for sure.

We loved everything about the house. It was exactly what we needed. We had kids from 3-16 years old and adults from 36-66. No complaints. Enjoyed and utilized every room in the house as well as the other amenities on the property. Hope to be back soon! Thanks for the hospitality!

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures appropriately reflect the home. The house was clean and stocked with just about anything you could think of to ensure a comfortable stay. It provides fun and relaxation for the whole family!

This was such a great place for a family getaway! We had 10 years up to 80 year olds and it was perfect for all! The ground floor bedrooms were great for those that couldn’t use the stairs, plenty of fun things to do ground level- pool, movie room, open kitchen for gathering, watching TV, playing games. I would suggest a “handicapped” accessible bathroom on the main floor as the toilets were low and no handrails for assistance, but overall not a huge disadvantage. The kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary items! And the ice maker kept up with all the people!! The upstairs was amazing!! The kids and adults had an amazing time with all the game systems, and even the game system in the theatre room kept them very busy! The theatre was our favorite part! Comfy seating, and so fun to watch all the holidays movies on!! The rooms had such fun themes to them, there were plenty of towels for everyone and even extra towels for the pool! Which I can not say enough good things about! Definitely pay extra for the heat!! It was so worth it!! Even without a pool cover the heat stayed in and it was so great! Used it every day!! The hot tub was nice and warm too! We watched 2 movies on the overhead projector in the pool and that was such a fun experience! We did not spend any time at the parks for the week: our goal was to have family time for thanksgiving and that’s what we did! The House delivered and we did not need to leave! We did leave for one day and head over to the club house and used the pool, splash pad and lazy river- which was a great time too. And some of us did go over and use the gym daily. All employees there were kind and helpful!
The propert itself is located in a cul de sac and very private and quiet! The other great thing about this house was such great instructions on ALL the electronics!! Detailed information on how everything worked which was SO great! All check in and check out procedures were also very clear! The double washer and dryer was great too!
Overall it was a great week to not have to worry about anything and have a great time sharing memories with our family!

This was our family’s first trip to Disney World and with five grandchildren this property was perfect. The separation from the upstairs game room and primary bedroom was wonderful! Definitely recommend for big families.
The only complaint we had was there must have been a car show in town our last weekend because there were loud cars everywhere. They were parked on the street, in the grass and all over the cul-de-sac all weekend.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The kids loved the themed rooms, game area, theater room and pool. House is in great location with easy access to all parks. Rental process was smooth and owner/agent kept us informed every step of the way! When my grandson got sick the day of departure, we were granted a late departure so we could care for him until our flight time. This was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend this home for your next Disney vacation.

Excellent Get-Away - Something for Everyone
Property and amenities where fabulous. Our family ranged from grandparents, , parents, grandchildren and aunts, each having wonderful time and found many fun activities to enjoy. From the media room, game room, pool / spa all were good. Reservation for property, pool heating and baby cribs were seamless and perfect. The living areas where spacious and easily accommodated our large groups for meals. Highly recommend. We would certainly go back when in the area again.

The house was great! Clean! Bathrooms for every bedroom was an added plus. Hair dryers for each bathroom so you don't have to pack one. Two washers and two dryers! Plenty of pool floats for the kids, and the themed rooms were awesome! Movie room didn't get used much, but when we did, WOW! The resort was nice also. Very close to all the Amusement Parks

A one-of-a-kind experience
The theming and decor are exceptional. The theater, game area, expansive dining area and living room gave us all the space our group of 10 required. Dishes and glassware are plentiful.
The pool needed a bit of attention the day we arrived, but after the pool attendant came the following day, it was great.
The property did have a few shortcomings:
All cookware needs to be replaced. Pans are all ruined and the knives are as effective as a butter knife.
All but 2 mugs are too small for the smallest kcup setting on the Keurig. 5 adults and 2 teens without coffee makes morning a bit rough.
The fan is wired wrong in the first bedroom as you walk upstairs. We resorted to unscrewing the lightbulbs to be able to use the fan at night.
Overall cleanliness was poor. (Details below)
The curtains in the livingroom are filthy and stained. The sliding door tracks were full of dirt and hair. The corners of rooms were not cleaned. There was hair in two of the showers, and towels were not placed in all bathrooms. We found the towels and washcloths in a closet on day 3 after using the 6 available towels and pool towels. There was granola crumbs on one of the children’s beds. Most showers need deep cleaned and recaulked.
The Cupboard under the stairs bedding was really, really dirty and needs attention.
Because we arrived Saturday, when the management office was closed, we would have been halfway into our vacation before the housekeeping deficiencies could have been addressed which was unfortunate.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again if housekeeping standards were better.

Great House for Large Group of Friends
The house was exactly as listed. It was perfect for our group of 15 which included 2 babies. Everyone had their own space when it was needed. The outdoor space with the pool/hot tub/tv was great and utilized often. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
