Relax and unwind at this cozy single-level home featuring a quaint covered backyard patio with hot tub and built in fireplace, and a front yard patio with a bubbling fountain to relax to with your morning coffee. The house also includes use of the two car garage, front load washer/dryer units, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, an office table, and a backyard covered retreat with hot tub. Within walking distance is the neighborhood park with playground and basketball court. For those a little more adventurous, there is the City of Chandler Espee Park featuring baseball fields, a splash pad, and a skateboard/bike park. Cute nearby shopping and restaurant hubs in the area include Downtown Chandler, Downtown Gilbert, and Agritopia. This house was gorgeous, and so close to everything in Chandler. We were less than 10 minutes away from downtown and Top Golf and less than half a block from a grocery store. The layout of the house and amenities provided made it an enjoyable time for my family. The host was super at enduring our stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a great location. The back patio was a lovely place to entertain our sons and their wives. We were able to have dinner outside by the fire. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Tons of entertainment options. Home was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It was very easy communicating with the host. He was very informative and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Our place was a perfect location for all the celebrations we attended The hot tub was perfect for unwinding and the neighborhood was peaceful. Josh was the perfect host and answered all my questions from a first time VRBO customer I would stay there again

Upon our arrival, the house was super clean, and my husband appreciated the cold drinks in the refrigerator. There were plenty of towels and dishes. I would mention that if you plan on cooking - bring some spices, the only ones available on the property were salt/pepper. The neighborhood was very nice and well-maintained. It was far too hot for us to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area but it would certainly be a great place to hang out in the winter months. There is a grocery store 1/2 mile away and lots of places to go out for food. It is only 25 minutes to downtown Phoenix. Josh was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns.

We didn’t spend much time here because we were in town to help with a move. It was nice to come back to a safe place. It was very hot during our stay so didn’t enjoy the outside, which looked nice!

My family of 6 stayed here with plenty of room. The house was clean and perfect. We cooked and had family come over to have dinner with us. Plenty of towels for showering and the hot tub. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Stayed for a week in this wonderful house. Quiet neighborhood in a very well cared for home. The house was very clean. The property is nicely landscaped, and everything is well maintained. We contacted at host at check-in and checkout, there was no need for further contact because everything was perfect.

Family and I had a wonderful stay. Great home base for visiting Saguaro National Park and other ruins. Surrounded by golf courses and restaurants. House was clean, beds were comfortable and the backyard was a wonderful retreat.

My husband, son, son-in-law stayed here for their annual golf trip. The home was perfect. Everything was clean, check-in process was seamless and home was very comfortable. Josh was fantastic. He arranged for an early check-in as my son-in-law arrived earlier than the others. The location was perfect.

Easy check in. Very clean. Close to downtown Chandler and Gilbert. Both have many restaurants to choose from. The tv you need to put in your Netflix amazon account so have your password. Have already booked for next year

Our stay was amazing. This house is clean and in a safe neighborhood. Backyard is amazing hot tub is clean a big. Josh was amazing to deal with. House is close to lots of restaurants and a grocery store. We will be coming back down!
