Modern, dining area snd swimming pool are spacious and well provided snd have a lovely view.
The access to the location on foot is very steep and risky to walk especially for people my age.

Hotel is located on a big hill so car (or a taxi) is a must in my opinion.

I think the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The service is outstanding. All staff had a beautiful smile on their faces everyday and were willing to help when needed. The location is really good we had a car and parking was easy and free. We were 6-7 minutes away from Sarande central. Whenever we needed something the staff were very attentive. I was at a 5 star resort before this hotel and I didn’t get the same level of service there. Art hotel staff is excellent. The pool and everything else was good.
The only negative thing about the hotel was the cleanliness of the towels. Unfortunately the towels had marks and stains etc which made me feel uncomfortable however this is an issue that the hotel can easily fix. We raised this and I am sure they will be extra careful going forward.
I think the breakfast options can also be improved for vegetarians. Other than that no other issues.
