Super fresh and amazing view over Saranda

Absolutely beautiful and large apartment with stunning views! Very positively surprised as everything was in top condition and felt very new. Great value for money. Amazing breakfast where you can pick exactly what you want and it is delivered to your room in the morning. The staff is super friendly and helped with everything. They even drove us to the bus station the day we were leaving.

The location is a 20min steep walk up from the Main Street and is about 30min away from Saranda centre. So you need to prepare for some walking.

Brand new hotel with good room concept - Service of entire staff outstanding. You will not find comparable approach in Albania. I have lost my keycard which was replaced free of charge. Spontaneous change of breakfast time before official hours was possible. Such small but important details make the difference!

Beautiful new hotel and friendly staff!

Amazing decoration, super clean, great breakfast and staff in the hotel were extremely nice with us, helping with everything we needed. Hotel is right next to city centre but still have a great view to the ocean, we highly recommend staying here!

A very comfortable , good value place to stay .

great value room and very comfortable rooms plus delicious breakfast . the manager was incredibly helpful

it is a steep climb out of the town on a busy road there was no towel rail or hooks in the bathroom or in the room itself where we could dry our towels

Amazing!

Me and three of my friends came from France to this wonderful hotel, with amazing staff and the owner is so kind and gave us amazing tips and places to see during our trip. We had a wonderful time in this hotel and also in Albania. The place is the cleanest hotel I’ve seen, and the breakfast is delicious. I hope one day I’ll come back. Thank you so much, From the 4 frenchies in room 302.

Excellent hotel with superb staff and breakfast

The staff were so hospitable and helpful. They were keen to ensure that their guests had all they needed for a good stay. The bedroom was beautifully clean. The shower was very powerful but take care as the smooth bathroom floor can get slippery. Best of all the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such a great stay

very relaxing stay

the property is new and well designed. we had 2 bed rooms suite and one bedroom. it is very clean and the beds were comfortable and all linen were almost new. the view to the sea was stunning. the suite has very big balcony overlooking the sea. I thank Mr Artemis and Mrs Stela for their help and hospitality. they were always welcoming and available to answer any question you need. the breakfast was excellent and they serve it in the suite. also I want thank the recipient Mrs Armonela for her help. I fully recommend this place for anyone who want to visit Sarandë and relax.

The best boutique hotel ever!

Everything! The room was modern, clean, spacious, well designed, and the fact they bring you breakfast every morning is amazing! There are no complaints whatsoever. The husband and wife duo are so incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable. So was the young lady in the evenings. They went above and beyond, and out of their way to make sure I felt completely at home for the 6 nights. Including making my birthday extra special 🥰

A for the View and the luxurious suite.

the suite is soo luxurious and it has an amazing view. Also, it’s very close to the city center and the staff were really friendly and helpful.Moreover, the breakfast was soo good and there was a great variety.

If you’re 4 people the small bed might not be very comfortable.

We had a great stay at the ArtNest Hotel. The service is very professional and good. The room was very clean and the furnishing is modern and up to date. They helped us with every question and has recommended us great places to see. Parking is no problem, there are many parking lots inside and outside. 10/10 Thank you very much!:)

Very nice and modern hotel with super friendly amd nice owners and ataff! Extremely clean! Beautiful view to the ocean.

The hotel was very new and nice. The suit was big and modern. It was very clean! The cleaner cleaned daily and the breakfast was also served to the suit! We really liked the hotel and service and everbody was very friendly!! They even had soya milk for us as we dont drink regular milk. I would definitely recommend this lovely place.
