The hotel is comfortable, but it's a rather older hotel that would need some renovations to be better equipped.
Location is a little bit out of the main promenade of Sarande, which is close enough to supermarkets and restaurants.
The hotel staff doesn't seem to be the most prepared (English is rather bad). We liked that you have a nice pool with beach access, but the pictures on booking they show is from the beach club right at the side of the hotel. So you need to pay 80 euros (!!!) if you want to use the beds with hangig hammocks, for me that is false advertisement. Hotel guests can use just normal beach seats and prepare your ears for extremely loud music coming from the beach club at all times. The breakfast was very good, we loved the orange cake !

The receptionist was very kind to us. We booked and arrived within one hour and the room was superb. Thanks 🙏 the area is not very loud, it’s actually 5 mins walk away from all the chaos so you get to hotel and enjoy the peace after busy streets. The music of the around area stops right at midnight, so it was not a problem for us.
The pool area needs some attention, can be improved.

The location, comfortable bed, sea view balcony & staff
The amenities that we paid for such as the pool & private beach access were not available although they were listed as available when booking. We also had an ant infestation in the room.
