Splendid view from the balcony, fantastic location directly by the water.
The room (2nd floor) definitely needs a renovation as it looks like it comes from the '90s. The 3rd bed was really uncomfortable.

The staff were exceptionally nice, especially the receptionists! We felt looked after from the minute we stepped through the door and until we left. The view from our room was stunning, looking over the pool, the sea and the Sarande waterfront. The restaurant was lovely. Our stay was short so it was great being accommodated right on the water’s edge, no time wasted:) We spent most of our day swimming, going out in the evenings, just what we wanted this part of our holiday to be.
The pool area goes through a transition from being quiet, peaceful and very chill in the morning, pleasant around lunchtime and busier and louder as the afternoon goes on. By late afternoon, it’s busy, but there is also loud music coming from other hotels and beach clubs, fighting with each other as the beach clubs try to be louder than the one next door. This is not Hotel Jaroal’s fault, this is Sarande. But we found that the music around the hotel pool was also being turned up as the day went on. Not sure if it was to drown out the other music or to keep up with the beach party vibes (achieving neither 😆). It felt jarring with the overall vibe of the hotel.

Location is convenient and the view and pool side were great! The hotel is fairly new so it’s clean and comfortable!
We booked the executive suite when we arrived the jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned from previous guests we had lots of sand and even body hair was in the water which is a bit gross we didn’t feel like getting in that water. we asked the reception to clean it they sent someone who didn’t know how to empty it so it took a while for them to figure it out which shows they might not clean it often. once it was empty they left but didn’t fill it up or cleaned it until the next day. We run out of shampoo / body wash and hand soap and the cleaning ladies didn’t check to fill it up I had to open it myself so they would give us some soap which seems basics in a standing hotel. Breakfast wasn’t that good with very limited choices, overall the breakfast they offer is not that good.
