We loved the rooftop pool. The room was just right with powerful AC that was much appreciated in the 36C, and all the staff were wonderful. especially the manager and the lovely Asian lady at breakfast, who were attentive and visible throughout our stay without ever being intrusive.
Coming from a hotel background, I’m used to a higher quality breakfast at European 4-star hotels, though it might just be the local standard. The restaurant views compensate for it anyway.

All the Staff at the Jako Hotel were so welcoming and Friendly with great advice on where to go and what to see during our stay in Saranda, the Hotel is new, the Room was super clean with a beautiful Sunset view. The Hotel is a short walk to the main area and in a Quiet safe area. Thank you to Odise and the Team for our brilliant time in Saranda

We booked the double room with sea view and bathtub! Room was so spacious and clean, very modern. The view was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was amazing. Hotel was in a great location and a short walk to the beach. If you want to into the main area of Sarande, this was about a 15 minute walk but you had shops and restaurants near by! It was a 20 minute cab journey to Ksamil.
The staff were absolutely amazing, they were great at giving recommendations on where to visit, what beaches to go to, what the nicest restaurants are and also helped up organise car hire for the day.
We arrived before lunchtime and managed to check into our room early which was great.
The breakfast could’ve been better. Would like some more options and mostly cold. However, it is a small hotel so not very busy at breakfast times.
