Beautiful hotel. More like a 5 star.

We got upgraded to the new side of the hotel. Rooms are beautiful (but some slightly unfinished and corridors still being worked on but this did not impact at all.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and an absolute find

The beach area and sunbeds were very clean, and the service was prompt. There was a nice variety of breakfast options, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The restaurant food and service were both very good, and the sushi bar was especially impressive, with creative and delicious dishes.
The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and hospitable throughout our stay. They accommodated all of our needs respectfully and were always happy to assist.
I would say the main issue was the noise from the music at night, which could still be heard when we were in bed despite having the AC/fan on to help minimise the sound.
A few small additions would also improve the stay, such as providing hand/body lotion in the bathroom alongside the hand soap, and offering two bottles of water per room per day instead of one.
