Location is mint, right next to the main street of the city centre and halfway from where things happen at night and the train station. Decent wifi if you are short on data.
The whole facility was run-down, the main gate of the building is always open and when we checked in we found the main door of the common area open too. The room smelled very bad, like an hospice; we left the windows tilted open the whole stay but to no avail. The bathroom was comically small, like when you sit on the toilet (which was NOT bolted correctly to the floor and tilted forward) your knees touch the wall in front of you. In general there was not enough room to move in the bathroom without bumping into the furniture or the walls.

Very helpful staff.
I was already in Warsaw and looking for a room with an air conditioning because it was really cold for June (11-12 'C at night), the central heating in all the buildings was turned off and I wanted to escape my previous place of stay to have a warm room to stay in.
The receptionist girl was very kind to show me the room and also to verify that the air conditioning in the room was working. The room was very clean and bright, with a large TV set. Easy check-in and check-out.

Great location. Spacious lockers per guest. Easy self check-in.
Toilets cleaned regularly.
For such a big price a towel should be included and guests shouldn't have to make their own beds after havinh traveled. Otherwise the cost should be way lower. I paid the exact same for a hostel in Paris that had all the above-mentioned.
Furthermore half water faucets were broken.
