Great location.

Check in was easy. Instructions and photos were emailed prior. Clean studio. No air conditioning but the window opened and 2 fans were available. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Extremely secure! 4 doors with key codes to pass through.

Location was central to all the things we wanted to do in Paris, but they all were a bus or a Metro ride away. The Lithograph cafe across the street is good, and conveniently close, but eating there everyday can get boring.

The door to the elevator should have been hinged on the other side. It was difficult to get people and bags around it.

It was decent but for 100 a night is not as good theres better

Location was good as it was next to metro , good clean room comes with kitchen stuff and everything you could need , water was good too in shower and tap was drinkable too

elevators where abit scary due to classical music playing and was cramped could fit max 2 people , code was accesable and right but too many codes to enter so had to look at my phone each time and also they told us check in was 15.00 pm and after and i asked to just leave my stuff but not be at room and they said no but everything was ready before that time so they lied and communication was horrible, and check in times are very late and check out times very early

Good location, next to metro, lots of cafe's. Easy entrance, Equipped kitchen, clean.

Absence of A\C when 39 is outside and 36 is inside, but thats is common cons in Paris.
