Reservations for dining and spa must be made directly with the Encore Club after confirming your vacation home reservation __________ HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY: The Contracting Guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years old, occupy the rental property for the entire length of stay and comply with the occupancy terms herein. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Two (2) per bedroom + Two (2) additional guests PAYMENT and CHECK IN: The Contracting Guest must present a valid government issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in. Please note that the credit card provided will be pre-authorized for $1000 to cover any incidental charges. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am; additional charges may apply for early arrival or late departure. PARKING: Guests and visitors are only permitted to park in the garage or driveway of the home per the community bylaws. Parking along the side of the street or on the pavement or sidewalk is strictly prohibited. Branded commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles, trailers, boats are not allowed to be parked in front of the homes. Overflow parking is available onsite for these types of vehicles. KEYS AND LOCKS: The Management Company will provide door codes to Guests which will expire upon departure in accordance with the checkout procedures. AIR CONDITIONING: Air conditioning must not be set below 70° or heat set above 78° and the fan setting should not be changed from Auto. SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in the Homes. PETS: Encore Resort at Reunion welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs will be charged as $40 per night per dog. A maximum of two dogs per Home is permitted. Accommodation type and location restrictions may apply. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the property or fenced yard. Dogs should not be left in a Home unattended. The guest must seek approval to bring a pet(s) prior to arrival. Inquiries may be made by phone to 407-635-8525. A $75 penalty charge will be applied every day an unauthorized pet occupies a home. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Certified service dogs are welcome at the property and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above Min Age to book is 21 years old.

We enjoyed the location and amenities offered by Encoure at Reunion. However, while we expected some normal wear on the house, we didn't anticipate this extent. The back slider has an alarm attached. That appears to be standard in this community. However, this door had to be perfectly aligned with an indicated mark on the door to keep the alarm from sounding. We were not able to use the theatre room as the equipment was not working properly. Many of the theatre lounger chairs were broken. The rugs were soiled and stained. The sheets in one bedroom were soiled to the point we had to strip the bed and wash the sheets prior to going to bed. Another bed had no bottom fitted sheet. The family member had to sleep directly on the mattress. The air hockey sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. The television in the game room would only allow one channel and we weren't able to change the channel. One refrigerator was damaged in the freezer area. It was frosting over to the point one drawer inside the freezer wouldn't open. It was reported. A stair tread was cracked at the edge which causes it to dip down if you happen to step too close to the edge of the stair. This caused my foot to slip as I came down the stairs. It was reported but not repaired during our stay. One dishwasher wouldn't close completely and the service person came and repaired it. One shower door wouldn't close and had to be held shut when showering. Several toilet bases either wiggled when sat upon or were off kilter. The blue paint in one bedroom had multiple spots where there was once clearly something spattered on the wall and cleaned which left large faded scrubbing marks on the wall. It was unsightly and the room really should repainted. Each bathroom had bare minimum numbers of towels, wash cloths, hand towels. I imagine the expectation is that the guests will launder them as needed. Toilet paper is limited. You'll need to buy your own if you stay for more than two days. Several rooms had a remnant toilet paper roll with no additional roll left in the bathroom. One bar of soap was provided for each bathroom. When we arrived, the television remotes were not in the correct rooms. We had to locate the television that each remote matched. One bedroom never had a working television. We enjoyed each other's company regardless that the house was not as anticipated and not all touted house amenities could be utilized. The water park was great as was the swimming pool at the house.

This is beautiful home that looked like the pictures, however there were many short comings that were self imposed by the rental company. We stayed for a week, with three families, attending a convention in Orlando. First the house was not as clean as its should have been. In this environment that was not acceptable. Plus there was not a broom or mop to clean up after a dozen people living there for a week. The pool was dirty. Sheets were small for the beds, and stained from over use. The dishwasher and washing machine tripped the breaker each use. The entertainment center did not work.The house slept 26 people but was not equipped for 26. There was a lack of everyday pots, pans and utensils for a large group. Towels were rationed, we were told we could not get additional towels. That did not work in a group of six kids. The center pool and water slides were a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed them most days. The Property Manager did deliver a broom and dustpan and did fix the entertainment center but never responded to other concerns. This could have been a great place to stay but fell short in liveability.

After 8 hours of being on the phone back and forth between VRBO and Encore, I was still unable to work out any issues. The check-in process took hours and many different forms to complete repeatedly. The front desk was lacking any knowledge of the process. No one phone number to contact the correct person in advance. No communication regarding check-in, authorized users, OR payment resolution. We will NEVER work with Encore again!
