About this house rental
This cute home has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Beautiful heated pool & hot tub shared between 3 other vacation rentals. The house can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably 11 people if you utilize the air mattress (and some guests are children). 11 adults will not fit in this house. There is a king bed in the master with an on suite full bathroom. The second room has a king size bed & a queen pull out bed. The 3rd room has a full size bed & a single bed on top bunk bed. Please let me know if you are bringing a pet. There is a small fee and needs to be approved before stay. Any extra guests or unauthorized pets will be subject to an additional charges. Private fenced in backyard. You must sign a pool liability waiver if you stay with us, that relieves the homeowner of any responsibility of injuries or death that could occur on the property. Essentials are provided: Sheets for all beds, bathroom towels, pool/beach towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 pool of paper towels, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 laundry tablets, liquid dish soap, and 1 hand soap per bathroom.

We had a great stay over a long weekend. Host was very accommodating allowing us the check in early and stay a few hours late on our checkout date. Host was also very easy to get in touch with. Heated pool saved the weekend letting the family get some energy out with less than warm temperatures outside. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Property was perfect for our family. Our family loved the pool, the slide and putt putt course. Location was close to the Island for a quick beach or ice cream trip. Communication was quick and easy with property owner.

This place was awesome and it was the perfect setup for our family. We had 4 adults, a teenager and two little ones 3 & 1. The pool was amazing and everyone had a blast. In addition, everyone enjoyed the golf area and the spacious yard. Our family members from Florida joined us one day and we had fun in the sun, grilled great seafood and enjoyed our time together.
Another family rented one of the other houses and we had no problems sharing the pool, etc.
Casey was pleasant to work regarding our stay. I definitely recommend this place. Also, this would be a great place to have a family reunion or multiple families renting all of the units.

Property was great for my husband, me, son and his family. Great location for what we wanted to do - beach and poolside. Google brought us to the wrong location (just one street away) but easy find. Also, when our grandson opened the back door he said “no pool”. Lol, he didn’t go far enough so he didn’t see the pool on the other side of the fence! He LOVED the pool when he saw it. We hope to return.

Brought the family for a lacrosse tournament at IMG. Worked well as less than 15 minutes away. Also enjoyed a guided kayak/paddleboard trip through Russell Preserve at AMI Paddleboard. Publix conveniently nearby. Kept thinking how I’d like to organize a family reunion using all 3 houses that share the back yard.

Our family of 4 had a great Thanksgiving vacation at Mermaid Vibes in Bradenton! It's a cute home that has been very nicely remodeled and the shared pool area was wonderful! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The home was kept very clean and we would highly recommend staying here!! Thanks so much!!

On the Vrbo page the address isn’t correct so we parked our car in front of a wrong house. I tried to call the property owner but she didn’t answer my call so I started to panic a little bit.
Fortunately I checked the Google maps and found the correct address myself so everything was good then.
Next time just ask the owner if the address is right and it should be fine.

Great location and price for what I needed for our stay. Central location to the local places my family planned on going (deep sea fishing and beaches). Lots to do right in the back yard for the kids to do. They kept busy! Property manager was amazing to work with. She was kind and very detailed. I just wish house had double or single side by side beds instead of queen beds since we had lots of ppl staying together that were not related but couches worked just the same; we had 11 ppl two nights and 7 the rest of our stay. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Very quiet and peaceful stay.

Beautiful well maintained property perfect for a family.
I was skeptical with the shared pool at first, but it ended up being a huge plus. My kids (I have 4) all had a friend to swim with the entire stay from the other properties that shared the pool. It was perfect not to crazy like a resort but they were never bored. The house was sparkling and the host was amazing and easy to get a hold of. We were able to check in a bit early and our flights were delayed and she worked with us about the check out time as well. Lots of games and puzzles for the kids and a short drive to several really amazing beaches. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever return to Sarasota.

Great place for a getaway.
The place was just as advertised. Very clean, plenty of room, and the backyard and pool area were a huge hit with the kids. They even have a mini putt putt course!! Casey was very responsive host, and helped me
And answered all my questions. I would recommend this property to anybody wanting a nice relaxing getaway, that is relatively close to the beach.

A bright, fun getaway
The house was bright, clean, homey feeling and beautiful! The kids enjoyed the warm pool which was perfect for the cool days! The owners were very responsive to any questions. Would absolutely recommend this rental to everyone and we would love to come back!!

Our stay was perfect, we evacuated due to the hurricane coming our way and everything was perfect. We were comfortable and relaxed considering the situation. We're over 10 hours away driving and we'd definitely come back. Thank you for being an awesome host Casey!!

This was “AMAZING”
This property was everything and then some! Our whole trip was planned around this property! The pool was perfect the house so clean and so cute! I absolutely thank people should check this place out!!! We rented all 4 places they had around the pool and each house had its own charm and feel!
Also thank you to the host for all they did and put up with we had so many woman that it was overwhelming and without them it wouldn’t have been possible!

I chose this property for a birthday get away. The pictures don’t do the actual property justice. I would 100% stay again. Casey is very easy to work with. Understanding. Accommodating. One morning after it had been cleaned the water slide and water fall were not on, I messaged her and within 10 min someone was there to have it turned on and making sure we didn’t need anything else! Also, the property was incredibly clean. Makes us want to rent all the houses at once for a family reunion! I will 100% be staying here again. Everyone that had rental properties needs to learn from Casey how to do this because this was the best experience I’ve had.

The best place I’ve ever been too honestly the owner was on point with everything literally
I rented for about 2 days , this was the best experience I’ve gotten , the owner was up to part with literally everything responded back no matter what time the last night I stayed I actually extended the night before check out because I didn’t want to leave the owner let me extend last minute I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a good time getaway very clean , I had no problems with anything at all

Quick stay
We only stayed two nights but we loved it. The pool is right out the back gate and the kids were in it nearly the whole time we were there. The house is super clean and cutely decorated. The layout of the home makes it feel spacious so our family of five had plenty of space to spread out. The beach isn’t too far away and the home is located near plenty of stores.

We were very satisfied with this property. The beds were very comfortable and the design was cute. Our kids really enjoyed the pool area too! Would recommend staying here and would consider staying again when in the area.
