About this house rental
The Gulf View Home is one of our Closest Homes to the Beach without being directly beachfront! There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a nice living room and a large game room! The Gulf View Home can sleep up to 12 guests (Maximum Guests 14 allowed)! This home features its own Large Heated Private in-ground swimming pool (Fee to Heat Pool). The fenced in backyard has plenty of lounge chairs surrounding the pool for. Everyone will enjoy the Large Heated Private Swimming Pool. Kick back and relax in your own private hammock under the palm trees and enjoy a good book or just take a nap, island style. The large outdoor dining table set has seating. How about some grilled Mahi, Fresh Gulf Shrimp or Burgers? Yes, cook all you like on the large charcoal briquette BBQ. Inside the home we are you will enjoy the private Game Room containing a Billiards – Pool Table, Arcade Size Air Hockey and a Foosball table as well as a nice LCD / LED style TV. Dining in several places at the Gulf View Home. There is a large dining table that can seat up to TEN people. Additional small breakfast table is located in the kitchen overlooking the swimming pool. High Speed internet and WIFI available. The Gulf View Home is located only 500 feet to the beach! This home is within walking distance to the new Pier Park shopping center and amphitheater which hosts several concerts and festivals. The location was great, it wasn’t right in the middle of the crowds but close enough you could walk to the restaurants. Beach was a very short walk. We had a slight cleaning issue when we got there but it was handled very quickly so that was great. The only other issue was it would of been nice to know when the pool cleaning people were coming since we had just got in and had to get out. They gave no notice, they just walked in the backyard so that made me alittle uncomfortable with having my children there but overall it was a great place.

This was in a very quiet neighborhood and only 1 block west of Front Beach Road. I opened the front door to the view of the gulf each day. You have fast food, grocery store, gas wirhin walking distance and Pier Park about a mile away. Ideal location for a relaxing stay.

We loved the privacy and how close we were to everything. Very convenient for everyone to walk to the beach, McDonald's, or Arby's. The private pool and fenced in backyard was awesome. No rowdy neighbors and the street is very quiet. We'll be back in 2024!

Loved the house and all the amenities. Only drawback is the bedroom with bunk beds if you don't have any kids. Not great for any adults to sleep in.

Ben’s Beach home was very nice. 3 large bedrooms and 2 baths. Great game room! Pool was beautiful but didn’t use it, just a little too cool. Hot tub was fantastic! Beach is only a 5 minute walk and you can see ocean from the front door. The floors needed a good scrubbing but other than that it was perfect! We would definitely go back!

Accommodations were excellent. Beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub a huge plus!! Close to the beach as described. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Owner very responsive to minor issues. Pool and hot tub cleaned twice weekly. Overall great place to stay!

Perfect experience for teens wanting to be away from parents! Enjoyed the amenities in the yard and enjoyed the soundproofing around the game room for teens to be able to hang out! Great stay! Highly recommended! Will be back!!

The house was very clean. The location was perfect for us with being close to the dog beach. It had a great backyard for our dogs. A very nice swimming pool and hot tub. A great game room that originally did not have any working pool cues but we reached out the property owners and they were very prompt to have replacements by the next day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, so much so that we are already considering booking it for next year!

Three adults, two kids, and two dogs. House was well appointed for our stay. Pool was clean, house was clean, beds comfortable, game room was really fun when we needed time out of the water. The house was very close to the beach. Short walk took less than five minutes. Loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs. Nice coal barbecue. We throughly enjoyed this place!

It was a nice area, close to the beach and the home has so much potential. Owners were pleasant and process was easy.
However, it’s so dirty! The floors are sticky and dirty. Bathroom sinks had toothpaste on and in them. Kitchen counters had dried up old food on them. All doors and walls were dirty with smears of grime and dirt. For the price, we should not have had to clean upon arriving. Just invest in a good cleaning company!

This house was a scam. The photos make the place look way bigger and nicer than it is.
EVERY single game in the game room is broken in one way or another. The pool table only has one decent pool stick. The fuse balls table had ping pong balls instead of fuse balls… and the air hockey table didn’t work half the time.
Master bedroom had dirty clothes from a previous renter in it still. DISGUSTING. And the had lawn people show up at 6am on a Thursday to come mow the yard with no warning at all. I was in a bikini in the hot tub when a strange mad walked into the back yard and started fling grass and rocks at me. DONT RENT FROM BRIANS BEACH HOME PROPERTY!!!! Worst experience ever!

What a beautiful house. I would and will rent this house again. The owner made arrangements for us when we came in early. The pictures of the house were exactly what the house looked like. But only better in real life. Thank you for allowing us to your home.

Easy access to everything..... private pool and jacuzzi...game room a huge bonus....the while family absolutely loved it...

We really enjoyed our stay. My parents were very comfortable and was very pleased with the extra private amenities the house has. The beach was extremely close to the house. We have stayed in PCB before but thus one was truly our own private oasis. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your oasis with me and my family.

Pool was dirty for the first 2 days, no extra toilet paper, garbage bags, Tv only had 4 to 5 channels, Refrigerator leaked water all over floor. Maintenance came said they could fix it. Probably won’t stay here again!

Rented for a group of friends. House was dirty and pool was drained. They did resolve the pool issues, but it was about halfway into our stay. House was definitely a “party house”.

Had a BEAUTIFUL week at this home! The location is perfect!!
The beach is across the street, McDonalds within walking distance, Winn Dixie a couple blocks down the road, Pier Park within a mile and the Beachcomber across the street, has a nice little beach bar for an afternoon cocktail. The only thing I would definitely recommend is to invest in cable for the TV's. After a long day in the sun, it's nice to lay in bed and watch TV. We actually bought a $40 ROKU so we could watch TV at night. Also, the floors could be mopped better. I know it's the beach and you track things in, but our feet were black. Other than that, everything worked VERY well. We had no issues with the dryer or refrigerator. I would suggest buying new pool table sticks- there were only 2 sticks that had a tip on them. That made playing a game of pool difficult with 4 people. In the end, the place was VERY comfortable and everyone had a blast. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to be back next year.

Everything was great fridge didn’t seem to stay cold and hot tub wasn’t really hot but the house was perfect beach was really close walking distance game room was perfect especially for our group of friends! Had a great time will definitely be back!

The house overall needs some work. The house needs pressure washed. The lounge chairs need pressure washed. The door frames on the back need replaced. The refrigerator didn't keep stuff that cold. The dryer barely dries clothes despite keeping the lint trap clean and keeping the loads small. Our feet were black after walking on the floor less than an hour of being there. There were ants crawling up the kitchen wall and food on the walls I cleaned up. When bringing this up to management, we were told the bug man just came that day and it was the paint. No it was red. The paint isn't red. The pool and hot tub needed cleaned when we got there. They came out immediately and cleaned those when we told them. The legs to the coffee table are horrible. It could fall and break at any time. The air hockey table doesn't work. The pool table had to be moved to the opposite side of the the game room for the balls to stay level and not roll all over the place. Despite having a good time with our kids and friends, we will not recommend this house or be back. Not worth the money we paid for it.

This property was perfect for our family! The location is great with easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed the amenities! Fenced in backyard with private pool, hot tub, and grill. Also, a game room which was used daily. The only thing I would recommend for guests is to bring a roku or laptop. The cable only provides a a handful of channels and there aren’t any smart tv’s. Fortunately, there was a hdmi cable and I brought my computer so we were able to stream from my subscriptions. I know.. you shouldn’t care about TV while on vacation, but let’s be real.. it’s 2021! When you stay for 7 days.. sometimes you just wanna be lazy and watch your stories. “Overall, this place was great and we’d book again in the future!

The property was as pictured, the communication with the property manager was excellent. We had a couple of difficulties during our stay and they sent someone very quickly to fix the situations. The hot tub was not available and we were reimbursed before the week's end. Very close to the ocean, and within walking distance of Pier Park. Very nice property. We will be back.

This house must be a party house as it appeared to never have been maintained. The hot tub did not work. Oven door came apart while cooking, handle fell off and all. We had to tape it shut. Broken closet and cabinet door. Mold. Clogged bathtub drain, so you're standing in 2" of water while you shower. Refrigerator shelves in door all missing and one broken drawer. We had to get UNDER the pool table to retrieve the balls as something internal was broken. Grill was FULL of used charcoal, grate that hold charcoal was in (2) pieces. Kitchen tables and chairs very wobbly. No cable until late Wednesday. Maintenance came Wednesday, after I complained A LOT, and while we appreciated the items (fridge, futon, kitchen table) fixed / replaced, we did not get these items until halfway through the trip. (Funny they had all these items on hand…) Also, we had (2) men in the house for about (4) hours, which no one wants on their vacation. I asked for a partial refund and was told they had CAMERAS on the premises and knew we had (5) dogs. (I indicated that we had dogs when I booked the house, but there was no place to indicate the quantity.) And you have cameras onsite??????? WHAT? They decided to refund me $150 for the hot tub and "CALL IT EVEN", since I had only paid for one dog deposit. I do not recommend.

The kitchen cabinets and drawers had old crumbs inside. We didn’t trust using the dishes or glasses before washing them ourselves to make sure they were actually clean. The worst part was the fact that there was black mold growing on one of the bathroom shower windows. (A lot of it). Also, mold growing on the shower liners in both bathrooms. The house had a scent of mildew. For the price, we expected better. The outdoor patio furniture was practically falling apart, so we couldn’t have meals outside on the rickety table and chairs. Very minimal utensils, soap, toilet paper, etc. are offered, so make sure you bring plenty of your own. One perk was that the location was very close to the beach and bars/restaurants. The hot tub was also decent. Unless these issues are resolved In the future, I probably would not come back again or reccomend this house.
