Situated in Key West, this charming house for $514 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: Coconut Palm is the perfect place for your beautiful tropical getaway in Key West. It is located just one block away from the world famous Duval Street and is within walking distance of many Key West attractions including Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and Park, Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum and local shops and restaurants. The Space: This three bedroom home has the following bedroom layout allowing and occupancy of up to eight: Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Queen Extra Sleeping: Queen pullout couch is attached to the king bedroom in the small sitting area and extra sleeping. Coconut Palm has a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, free wifi, private heated pool, access to a shared washer and dryer and a gas grill on the patio. Guest Access: Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit. Shared features: The brick driveway is a shared walkway for all 3 units in the compound. There is also a communal washer/dryer in the driveway area along with the trash/recycle bins. The Neighborhood: Located on Whitehead St which is 1 block from world famous Duval St, "Coconut Palm" is walking distance to nearly everything you will want to experience during your escape to Key West. Walk to popular spots like The Southernmost Point, Key West Lighthouse, Blue Heaven, Firefly, Green Parrot and the Ernest Hemingway Home which are all just right down the street. Want to hit the beach? Head down to Ft Zach State Park & Beach and enjoy the crystal clear waters and beautiful quiet beaches for a small admission fee. Getting Around: Parking Information: There is no on-site parking for this unit. For overnight parking, here are some parking lot options: • 204 Simonton Street • Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot • Park N Ride Old Town Garage Street parking information: • There are pay-to-park spots and meters - it is free from 12am - 8pm. There is a 3 day limit. • The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential Only” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them. There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, Moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations! Other Things to Note: - There are 2 washer/dryers on site: one located just off of the back deck and one in the driveway. - Along with this three bedroom rental you can also reserve the Southern Palms Compound which includes: two additional studios (one is located upstairs and the other is separate on the property). Reserving the entire compound can allow for up to 16 guests. - Pets Policy: Pets are welcome! Our requirements are as follows: •40lb maximum per pet •$15/night per pet •2 pet maximum Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet. - Pool is private to you and your guests only - please note it is not heated. - New pullout couch replaced April 2023

The property had a nice back patio with a small pool; this along with the location next to Duval Street are its main attractions. Hannah (the manager) was helpful and we're grateful she was able to offer us some flexibility in terms of check in and out times.

This house is a cute 3 bedroom house with a very nice pool and yard. So close to Duval, you can walk just about anywhere.

BE PREPARED: We planned just a one night stay (so thankful it was only one night). Arrived after dark and the directions for check in were less than ideal. The code for the gate would not work, the code for the front door would not work. Reached out to the phone number we had for contact. No response until the next day. We eventually found the back door unlocked and were able to get in. Once inside, there were no lights working in the front bedroom, no ac in 2 bedrooms. (The window ac in the 3rd was working). No wifi. No TV that worked due to no wifi. This is a duplex? The upstairs neighbors were loud (And there was a serious ant infestation in the bathroom. Shower floor and cove was slimy, clearly not cleaned. Reached out about AC, lights and again, no response until the next day. Not even close to worth half that amount. I have rented for over 10 years through VRBO and never had a bad experience until this one.

Four of us stayed for one night. It was great! The location was a short walk from the Hemingway home, near restaurants and shops. It was close to Duval, but quiet. Comfortable beds, cute backyard. Perfect!

Home was in a very good location but the home was very dirty. The first day of check in the outdoor couch was soaking wet, later to find out the cushioned had been bleached and it ruined all our shorts or pants we we wore. Privacy and safety was very bad. We had people open our “private pool” gate multiple times while we stayed here. The shower door glass hits each other when you open it. One of the other rooms had parked their car in the gated area making it hard for us to get through or get trash to the bin. Location is perfect but we wish the home was cared for some more to in people to feel comfortable and safe

the property was in a great location. Easy walk to Duvall st. The pool was a big hit especially in the evenings after a long day of activities. The house had everything we needed.The outdoor furniture was a bit tired but did not take away from our visit. We would definitely return.

Great location to anything you want to see or do in Key West. The private pool was wonderful to have to enjoy the sun and unwind. Great accommodations and will use again on another trip!

The location was great - walking distance to Duval and many restaurants. Easy pick up location for ride share services as well. Chose the location as this was just a long weekend getaway and wanted the private pool for a quiet day during the trip. The pool/backyard was secluded and lovely. The only concern with the property is no on-site parking. We parked at a lot that was one block over and allowed overnight parking where we could easily check on the vehicle. When checking in, there is no place to park to unload so we had to park and then carry luggage to the property. The property managers were very responsive during the stay - checking in for any needs and also for issue resolution. Definitely a top notch group of property managers!
