The view, call the front desk to book tours and it was done, the food is great
Just the long walking and climbing those concrete steps back and forth. It is not for the weak but beautiful accommodation

What I loved most was the concept of the property. It blends beautifully with nature without unnecessary artificial elements, creating a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The wooden cottage was charming and offered breathtaking views of the city, the sea, and the surrounding mountains. The staff were also exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Finding the property can be challenging. There are no clear signs or banners along the road indicating that the hotel is nearby. At the turnoff from the main road, there is a large sign that can easily be misleading unless you notice the very small text indicating that the road leads to the property.
The access road itself is also in poor condition and would benefit from maintenance.
Inside the cottage, the water pressure in the shower was frustratingly low, which made showering less enjoyable.
Finally, I think the restaurant prices could be more reasonable and better reflect the overall experience.

Beautiful property, very friendly staff, they gave us a nice upgrade without even asking.

The staff were generally fantastic, a few did not smile much or engage. Views great. Room was lovely and big with pool next door. Really comfortable bed. Food at dinner was amazing. Wished we had hired a car.
On arrival I first thought what have we arrived at, the driveway was horrendous, signage poor. I was not prepared for the very steep steps although the porter kindly delivered suitcases to the room. If not physically 100% then you would struggle with the steep steps together with the heat. At the price we paid, I felt the room experience could have been better if there was a body lotion dispenser, toothbrush holder, drinking glasses for water and if the sheets were ironed. I don't think I have ever been to a hotel where the sheets are creased! The beverage sachets were not replenished daily, some sachets were very old, and we had to ask for more tea bags and milk every day. Breakfast was a challenge, not a great continental breakfast, and for the price we paid a cooked breakfast should have been included and not an extra. The manager was seen around the hotel, but he did not come up to us once. My husband has worked in the hotel industry for many years and felt this was odd and unwelcoming. The hot tub by the pool we used, was not working and dirty, table was rusty and sun loungers looked tatty. For the price we paid, we were sadly disappointed in the finishing touches.
