We had a mixed experience at Panoramic View House in Paros. The house is clean overall, comfortable enough for two people, and the highlight is definitely the view from the terrace. It is beautiful, especially at sunset, and the terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink in the evening.
The bed was comfortable, although it squeaks quite badly, which can be annoying during the night.
The Wi-Fi is good enough for streaming and regular holiday use, but if you need to work remotely, the connection may not be reliable enough.
The house is located on a hill above Parikia, which means you get beautiful panoramic views, but the walk back from town can be quite steep, especially in the heat. We would recommend having a car or ATV if you want to explore Paros comfortably. The private parking was also very useful.
Filippos was a very kind, helpful and responsive host. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and he was always willing to help whenever needed. We also appreciated that he arranged a cleaning service and fresh linen during our stay.
Overall, the beautiful views, terrace, cleanliness and Filippos' hospitality are the main positives. However, the early morning noise, ants in the kitchen, extremely simple living room and several outdated or limited facilities make it difficult to recommend this accommodation without reservations. There is clear potential here, but some important issues need to be addressed before we would consider staying again.
The living room feels more like an oversized entrance hall than a proper living space. There is not much of a cosy or inviting atmosphere, which is a shame given the beautiful surroundings.
The kitchen is suitable for having breakfast or enjoying food ordered in, but it is not particularly well equipped for anyone planning to cook during their stay. The iron provided is extremely old, and we would not risk using it on our clothes.
There is also an ongoing issue with ants in the kitchen. Almost every day during our stay, we had to sweep ants out of the kitchen. This is something that should be properly addressed, rather than left for guests to deal with.
The early morning noise is a serious issue and, in our opinion, the biggest drawback of this accommodation.
A gentleman renting a room nearby leaves for work around 5:20am, and the entrance to his room is directly next to the bedroom window. The door is very noisy, and the sound of him leaving and starting his car would wake us up almost every morning. This happened throughout our holiday, meaning we were repeatedly woken up at 5:20am.
We reported this to Filippos, who was understanding and contacted the property owner to address it with the renter. The situation improved somewhat afterwards, but the problem was not resolved. We still experienced early morning noise.
We understand that the gentleman needs to leave for work, and we are not expecting him to stop doing so. However, being woken up almost every morning at 5:20am is simply not acceptable when you are on holiday. The entrance door should be repaired or replaced, and a proper solution should be found to prevent this from disturbing future guests.

La vue depuis le balcon.
L’appartement est spacieux.
Le parking privé sur place.
Proximité avec un grand parking public pour se garer en ville (2mn en voiture, puis quatre minutes à pied).
La réactivité de Fillipos, toujours à l’écoute, toujours soucieux de notre bien-être et ses conseils.
Manque de mobilier dans la pièce principale (ça fait vide !).
Nous avons eu un petit souci avec Internet, mais Fillipos a fait le nécessaire pour que ce soit résolu rapidement, et il nous a constamment tenus informés.

The property was perfect with enough room for 4 and a lovely terrace to relax on in the evenings.
The location is up the top of a quite a large hill which is difficult to climb in the heat. It’s perfect if you are renting a car or ATV though!

Great location from the port. It’s a bit of a walk up a steep hill so would be hard to wheel bags but amazing house. Triantafyllos was super helpful and helped us with everything we needed- nothing was so hard. He even gave us a lift from the port when our ferry came in late. The house is well equipped with a washing machine a full kitchen and air conditioning in both rooms. The main bed is small but is satisfactory. I recommend hiring a car to get around paros. Wifi was patchy but worked well.
