For the Old Town and the beach this is simply the best location you can get. The apartment was exceptionally clean and really nice. The sofa bed was very comfy - absolutely no complaints from me and a very good nights sleep every night. The beach is a stones throw away - you can see it from the balcony and the old town is also just round the corner with a few supermarkets within 200 metres. In short this is an absolutely superb apartment in a fantastic location and I would have to say the host couldn't have been any more helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
The booking.com messaging system failed completely on arrival and although the host was messaging me saying he needed passport details etc before reception could release the keys to the apartment I didn't get these messages so there was a bit of confusion. Absolutely not the host's fault but perhaps the staff on the reception could have been a little more helpful.

me gustó mucho la ubicación. está al lado de la playa y muy cerca del centro
no me gustó el personal que trabaja en recepción. también creo que faltan electrodomésticos en la cocina

Location and checking in procedure is good
The description is deceiving. There is no a bedroom and living room. The apartment is a single large space with two sofa beds
