Very soft and dreamy bed, everything incredibly clean and neat. The restaurant downstairs does deliver to the rooms, which I'm pretty sure was a free service. My chair is also wider than standard and it fit through the door just fine - yours be surprised how many accessible rooms fail there! The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
There were some issues with the room service website, and the shower chair was a little narrow, but those are my only complaints 😊

Hotel is in a great location.
Enjoyed the choices available in the restaurant.
Only one receptionist available at all times, kept us waiting.

The location
A bit clunky getting from the carpark to the lobby and our room
The pillows are terrible.
We were in room 520 and unfortunately there was a constant wind blowing like noise in the room that only stopped if we opened the door but once closed the noise started again. We tossed up between staying with you or the Mercure where we have stayed previously, this will definitely send us back there.
